Downloaded and deleted within 2 mins. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2025-01-16, version 3.64.2* App is buggy and zooms in at random making pages unusable ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-01-09, version 3.62.0* Loaded the app & it immediately just zoomed into the top corner and wouldn’t let me zoom back out. Close the app and reopen. Get to verifying my email & get the code. Try to paste it. Doesn’t paste in all boxes. Glitched and only displays one box. Doesn’t let me go back. Close & reopen. Go to log in & it says “wrong password” IT WASNT?!!? IT WAS THE PASSWORD I JUST SET?! Literally the app is the same as the web page, you’re better off using that. Not showing the same flights on a phone as on desktop. Also have to pay to get more offers etc…maybe if you made the app good I would consider it😭 ### 1/5 — Bad app *2024-12-22, version 3.62.0* You can’t set your Home airport because Milan, Rome seem to not have one, great. Then you are forced to close the app because there is no comeback. Once you have finished to settle up, you would like to check some flights but nothing is clear. Some flights are not from your desired airport. Other flights are not clickable. Very bad service, I wonder how people can pay for this fake service. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother! *2024-12-14, version 3.62.0* Everything is “unlockable” once you sign up. You’re only able to see what they call “snacks” which is little bits of info about potential cheap flights. Devs fixed it pretty quick to be fair but shouldn’t really have gone out! ### 1/5 — Forces Premium Membership *2024-10-09* You cannot use the app. You MUST pay for a very expensive premium yearly membership to even look at the deals. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it. Not worth it. Also really only shows business class and up. Was looking to find superior flight deals, when there are sales, etc and be notified but this is no different than watching a flight on Hopper or Kayak which are both free. **Developer response:** Hey there! Which is to upgrade. I don’t want to upgrade and pay nearly £40. I deleted the app as it was of no use unless I chose to upgrade. Edit: thanks for the response, but there was absolutely no way I could see to exit the upgrade page on my phone. Absolute waste of my time and a scummy way to do flight! Joke In response to your response, you get 5 free to look at… unless I pay you… on most other apps I get a lot more for the same price for 2 seconds of scrolling. Yours little pyramid scheme is awful. And the fact your app is locked off unless you pay, but have to use a website which I have to type in and find takes ages on the internet… very odd and scummy way to treat your clients! **Developer response:** Hey there, we also offer a free Standby membership if you’d prefer to browse a smaller selection of Flights without paying, which can be accessed through the website, instead of the app. While Skyscanner is great when you already know exactly where and when you want to travel, our focus is on surfacing Flights you might not think to search for based on price drops, rare pricing opportunities, and routes that aren’t always obvious. Access to those Flights is part of our paid membership, which supports the team that finds, vets, and shares them. While the app is no longer accessible for free members, you can still view all your unlocked free Flights anytime through the Members Lounge on the web—it has the same features as the app, so that you won’t miss a thing. ### 1/5 — Frustrating and scammy *2025-07-24* I’ve been on the mailing list for a little while and every now and then I receive a notification regarding potentially cheaper flights to the destinations I’ve selected during account creation. But I’ve always struggled to justify how much value their £50/year actually brings because when I’ve searched the offer it’s basically nonexistent or the same price as what Google flights has already sent me. Also, when Jacks has a sale (£1 for 3 months of premium) I decide that this is a good opportunity to test the service out completely and see what “deals” actually get sent out and see if I can actually access them. However, when I log into the app and tap “Pay £1 today to unlock all flights”, it just takes me into a loop and never actually get to payment! So this is the second time I’ve tried this and the second time I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Won’t be wasting anymore time on them now **Developer response:** Hey there! In example they show non-existent prices. Don’t worth even a penny **Developer response:** Hey there! I subscribed and now get the alerts first. We live on a tight budget and thought having a trip abroad beyond our reach.. not so with Jacks flights we have booked a trip to California ( pinch me I’m soo excited!) we have return flights with Virgin Atlantic for £233 plus £60 for checked bag .
