### 2/5 — Two stars because I actually was able to place an order

This app has so many issues I have iOS 26.6 so there’s no reason it shouldn’t work. Three days ago I wanted to place an order. I could get the item in the cart. But the cart button would never show and you couldn’t finalize the order. That was on my iphone. I tried my iPad and was able to access the cart and finalize the order.
About once a month, I’ll get an email telling me to check my app for Great daily deals. The deals never show up. I guess you can patch yourself on the back that the Subway® app is worse. Unfortunately, I live in a rural area and those are my only two close eating out options Jack’s for Subway. To get any deals, you have to do it through the app and the app doesn’t work so by the time I get to the I’m usually pretty irritated. The companies all want surveys and pats on the back, but they never respond to them.

The Jack in the box restaurant near me isn’t even recognized by the app and it’s so dumb because the app has a built in map and I was able to zoom in right in the area where the restaurant is and it said no stores found.

Rewards in the mobile app cannot be used in a mobile order, they only work in store. Jacks always pulling some bs like this too. Really disappointed in jacks and their garbage mobile app.

I was really looking forward to Jack’s, and was even more excited to find out they had an app. However, after 10 mins of errors of trying to submit my order and create an account, I gave up and went somewhere else. Every time an error popped up it would delete my whole order and I would have to start the process all over again. Don’t ask me to sign in with my apple account if I’m just going to have to create another account just to be able to order.
