Which is odd since I successfully placed an order with the app at the same location that I was wanting to rate. ### 2/5 — Two stars because I actually was able to place an order *2026-08-17, version 2.9* This app has so many issues I have iOS 26.6 so there’s no reason it shouldn’t work. Three days ago I wanted to place an order. I could get the item in the cart. But the cart button would never show and you couldn’t finalize the order. That was on my iphone. I tried my iPad and was able to access the cart and finalize the order. About once a month, I’ll get an email telling me to check my app for Great daily deals. The deals never show up. I guess you can patch yourself on the back that the Subway® app is worse. Unfortunately, I live in a rural area and those are my only two close eating out options Jack’s for Subway. To get any deals, you have to do it through the app and the app doesn’t work so by the time I get to the I’m usually pretty irritated. They will work you like a slave with no breaks they won’t even allow you to take a drink of your drink within 5 hour periods. They do not respect customers and will serve old food that’s from days before. They save hamburger patties and sausage from days before. They reuse the same rags to wipe counters where burgers are served but just change the dates on the buckets there in. It’s disgusting. I would have never known until I worked here. I love the food but will no longer eat there. However a good chunk of the menu can’t be redeemed with them. They will not contact you for substitutes at all or offer them. They will not refund your money,but instead inform you to request refund through the app though there is no PLACE TO DO THAT! So they are stealing money from customers! I ordered a bucket of chicken and biscuits just to arrive at store #325 to say they have not received it. GENERAL MANAGER over store #325 says the order is pending so they cannot give me my order though it has processed out of MY BANK ACCOUNT! This store has repeatedly not given correct mobile orders without offering substitutes or a refund! The mobile app has no place for refunds, not even on FAQs. THEY ARE STEALING! I deleted the app and reloaded and I tried from the browser as well. Nada! Couldn’t order so I went somewhere else! What the heck is wrong with the app? The family bundle isn’t hard to do. Every time an error popped up it would delete my whole order and I would have to start the process all over again. I think the biscuit that I had with my meal was the best biscuit I have ever tasted! For a good breakfast Any day of the week, but especially on Sunday morning before church we go to Jack’s for the delicious biscuits and wonderful gravy or go all out for the big breakfast, in the afternoon whenever everybody is busy doing their own thing, we can all agree on one thing and that’s getting a big Jack, hot French fries and a cold handmade milkshake. And of course there’s the dinner deals, you get to choose fried chicken, chicken fingers, chop steak or chicken fried chicken, and you get choose what you want to go with them my favorite mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and a biscuit.a ### 5/5 — Awesome as usual! *2024-01-13* I’m from Alabama, but have lived here in Albany Ga for 42 years.
