I dislike how I have to authenticate myself every time I login now. I wouldn’t mind it if it was like every fifth time I logged in or something.

*I am rating the app, not the bank. The bank would easily get 5 stars*

I would love for the bank to offer Apple Pay and use the Face ID for iPhone X. Adding these 2 features would put JNB up there with the major national banks, and definitely above the local banks that are your major competitors.

I travel over 230 nights out of the year. I love my local bank, but being closed on Saturday, and not having a deposit option on the app is a great challenge. The majority of other bank apps have this option.

I have banked at JNB for over 20 years and would not bank anywhere else. The girls there are wonderful, always greeting me by name, quick and friendly always in the drive through and ready with the dog treats for Chester. The app is so easy, probably easier than online, simple and quick.
