Please fix the app I just downloaded it and it won’t even open

It is not operative. Nothing there.

I downloaded the app but it only goes to the opening page. 
Won’t let you sign in only shows a picture of the city

Not sure if these app issues are with the developer or the city but in either case I'll share my concerns/observations. 
-Doesn't recognize generalized searches for neighborhood service requests based on a street name. Only a specific address. 
-There appears to be only two message options for city replying to service request. "Received" and "In Process". 
-Poor Integration with city web site. 
Great potential in this app but I would recommend to the city that it looks for options our community's needs.
