App is barely functional. Kept having a pop up say no long term rentals, but I wasn't booking a long term rental. I have money in my account but it said I need to deposit money first to rent, so I did, but it then can auto-charge you for any trip overages. So why do I need to deposit $6 if it can just bill me for my trip afterwards anyway? No customer service. Pausing your trip doesn't do anything. Bikes are awful if there are any bumps on your path. Friends bike quit mid-trip.

Tip: connect to a hot spot for faster app service. Great customer service. Easy to use e-bikes with a handy basket for belongings and a sturdy cell phone holder. Highly recommend!
