## What is JAD Fitness?

首先店名J·A·D的字母代表的是三位創辦人的英文名的縮寫，同時也分別代表者：judgement 判斷、animation活潑、determination 決心當作核心理念的簡稱。 而使用四葉草當作品牌LOGO的是將愛情、希望、信心、幸運這四個重要的元素融入我們的生活與工作中，帶來最好的氣氛。 再來JAD特別著重在訓練環境與裝潢細節，我們希望每位客戶與員工來到店裡可以感受到清新、明亮、舒適的環境，同時兼顧了時下潮流女性客戶最喜歡的「功能性訓練」與「皮拉提斯床」，也歡迎讓喜愛重量訓練的朋友們來到像JAD這樣一個寬敞運動空間，一進門即能體會高級舒適的運動氛圍感。
