Be aware ! Not even worth single star.. using other company’s name and tray to get money out of your pocket… you may loose your identity details as well as card detail.. and they may use that detail for fraudulent transaction. Big Noooo….. ### 1/5 — WORST APP EVER!!!! *2022-03-29, version 4.4* My mom had the device 3 years ago, had lots of issue, so she had to call every time to fix the issue. After 3 years, I gave second chance with thought of they should have been better so installed the app! Same issue, and every time I have to call the support they would tell you uninstall the app and install again it will fix the problem. That’s only solution they thought employees over there. First you get a 401 error. If you’re lucky enough to get to the next stage then you’ve to deal with show’s episodes being played in descending order. Then if you’re really lucky the app will stay logged in, otherwise you’ve to deal with 401 error all over again. If I could get my money back, I would. But their customer service (if you can even call it that) is inundated with rude & unprofessional people who equate being condescending & flippant with providing assistance. It is riddled with bugs and glitches and you will end up paying for a service you won’t be able to connect to. Thier help desk will tell you that the “bug” is fixed and it will work but months will go by without fixes or patches. This is ridiculous! I had to buy GLWIZ now since I can never watch live TV!!! Its not only my device but a friend of mine also has the same issue!! Honestly was not expecting such a great service but have been continuously impressed with them. ### 5/5 — Improved *2020-04-27* I recently noticed that the app has improved significantly. It now works very smoothly and includes many new content that previously didn’t, especially in the Afghan and Farsi packages.
