I’ve even tried resetting my password several times. I’ll get active successfully reset message, but once I try to log in with the new password it’s suddenly wrong. Had to keep restarting the app because my phone number "contained a string," even though I only entered numbers. After the fourth app restart, it worked. Original Review: I wasn’t able to add kids meals to my order because the only option under “Desserts” was a button for “No Dessert.” Since I didn’t want to check that option, I wasn’t able to add the Kids Meals. **Developer response:** We’re so sorry. I’d like to see the following changes: 1. Why can I choose between a lemonade or a Jaggers style lemonade when they are both the exact same drink at the drive-through window? Why can’t my Jaggers style lemonade come with jalapeños by default? 2. When I enter in a gift card number but do not check out and go back to change something then come back, I have to re-enter the gift card. It has been so user friendly and really streamlined my ordering! Using the app has also really allowed me to maximize my rewards! The chicken was juicy, the avocado and Swiss added the perfect creamy richness, and the garlic mayo tied it all together. Everything tasted super fresh—I didn’t miss the bacon at all. I have a free sandwich that’s about to expire that it won’t even let me use. I tried changing the password and everything and it won’t send me the email to do it. Checked my junk folder and everything. Been trying for over an hour. Guess I won’t be eating Jagger’s anymore… ### 1/5 — Check in doesn’t always work *2026-01-01* Twice in the past few weeks I have checked in to do curbside pickup and it either stalled, or today, kept spinning and finally said I was checked in and my food was being prepared. 10 minutes later I had to call and they say I haven’t checked in. After going through the order I went into the DoorDash app and it was cheaper and easier to track. Makes no sense, since DoorDash marks up the food. ### 1/5 — Inconsistent features *2025-06-20* Scan receipt says I have to be near the restaurant to use it even though I’ve used it from home when I first downloaded the app. Tried to use “contact us” button on profile page, but it does nothing. App also did not inform restaurant I was at curbside after I clicked through the steps to let them know I arrived. When I tried to create an account with my Apple ID, it didn’t work and then when I tried to sign in thinking I already had an Apple ID account, this also didn’t work. I reset my password thinking I had an account with my email and it wouldn’t take my password that I just reset.
