I purchased the Jaguar watch in June 24 and changed my phone a couple of months later. Ever since the watch will not sync and show the right time. I wish I had spent a little more money and got a better watch

My watch has never stayed connected for any length of time, now it won’t connect at all despite a battery change, What’s the problem? I’m very disappointed as this is my fifth Jaguar watch and never have any problem with them apart from a rubber strap that failed,is there no one willing to help me with this problem ???????????

Incorrectly stating 2 hr difference, tried resetting phone, closed app, now no longer reconnecting

This watch cost over €500, it work fine for the first few months until I updated my iPhone. The watch will no longer connect to the app. I can not even set the time now so it is completely useless, can’t even use it as a normal watch.
