Also appears to have me walking and not in my car. Seems to be the default even though I have changed it 10 times. The Route Planner crashes each time you attempt to select the settings from the menu. Then the app will not open from the app icon on my phone. There is no where to report any problems to the developers and so hopefully they may read this review. The only resolution to this issue is to fully delete the app from my phone and totally reinstall it. I came over from Mercedes and must say their ‘online’ presence is far superior to that of jaguar. When I search for an address in the app and select it then press "start route", the app closes. When I re-open the app, it closes immediately. When I delete the app and re-install it again and login. I just recently upgraded to a facelift F-Pace and can no longer add the vehicle to Route Planner also it won’t actually run on IOS 17. Wie soll man 33 GB so einfach runter ziehen. Was sind das für Prozesse? Und Prozesszeiten? Kunde muss erstmal einen Account machen - freischalten - Abo abschließen - App runterladen - Navigationsleisten kaufen - USB Stick kaufen - Karten auf den USB Stick ziehen, es spät 24h dauert - und dann ins Auto damit und nichts funktioniert, Glückwunsch. Aber von extern draufschalten und mir sagen welches Steuergerät genau nicht funktioniert, das schafft ihr. Ich will immer noch mein Geld zurück für diesen Müll was ihr verkauft und Kundenservice nennt. Routen sind dann im Touch Pro Duo Navi sofort nach der Synchronisation verfügbar. Hatte vorher einen BMW i3, funktionierte hier zwar auch, die Jaguar Lösung finde ich aber deutlich besser. Wünschenswert wäre eine Anpassung für die neueren iPhone Geräte X, 11,12. Die App unterstützt nur das alte Format (bis iPhone 8). Hinweis: Die Synchronisation funktioniert nur dann, wenn man auch im Navi in den Accout eingeloggt ist. Je programme mon trajet sur l’appli et lorsque mon véhicule se connecte à la 4G via ma carte SIM installée dans le véhicule, le trajet est disponible sur mon système de navigation. Lorsque la mise à jour sur mon véhicule ne se fait pas il faut que je me déconnecte de l’application puis que je me reconnecte et tout se synchronise.
