## What is J'ai Faim?

J'AI FAIM est une société de prise de commande en ligne établie le 1er juillet 2016. Nous opérons depuis 2011 sous le nom de LIVRAISON RESTOS et nous avons trouvé plus pratique et plus beau le nom J'AI FAIM pour mieux décrire notre nouveau modèle d'affaire. En premier lieu, J'AI FAIM se spécialise dans la prise de commande en ligne (mais aussi par téléphone) pour la livraison ou le ''take-out'' pour plusieurs restaurants dans la région de Magog Orford. Ainsi, en tant que client, il est plus facile de commander directement sur n'importe quel ordinateur, tablette ou téléphone intelligent. Téléchargez même notre APPLICATION! En second lieu , J'AI FAIM fourni des livreurs professionnels pour quelques-uns de ces restaurants, sans quoi ceux-ci ne pourraient pas vous offrir la livraison. L'objectif de fournir nos livreur a pour but d'apporter à notre clientèle un plus grand choix de menus et de restaurants. Une nouveauté chez J'AI FAIM est que nous prenons désormais les commandes de restaurants qui ont déjà des livreurs. Pourquoi? Car ses restaurants n'avaient malheureusement pas la possibilité d'offrir à leurs clientèles la prise de commande en ligne. 

Notre nouveau site web plus facile d'utilisation est notre fierté. Il est maintenant plus facile que jamais de passer une commande. De plus, après avoir passé une commande, vous pouvez même voir le statut de celle-ci en direct: commande passée dans le restaurant; livreur arrivé; livreur en route. Un autre avantage de se créer un compte est que vous pouvez accumuler des points J'AI FAIM qui sont échangeable contre de la nourriture. 

Nous avons déjà effectué plus de 25 000 livraisons! Nous sommes confiant que nous allons vous en livrer encore beaucoup plus.

2h30 pour la livraison avec la moitié de la commande. Plus d’une semaine pour un remboursement et plusieurs appels. L’autre fois, après 30 minutes d’attente on m’appelle pour me dire que le restaurant n’offre pas la livraison. Quand j’aurai mon remboursement l’application sera supprimée. Merci bye !
