The government should intervene and seize their license for life. Since opening an account last month, I've experienced issue after issue. Transfers take 72 hours to credit, their app is a nightmare, and customer support is a disaster. I've been trying to transfer money for 3 days, and when I contacted customer care, they said it's due to maintenance, but they can't even tell me when it will end. What kind of bank does maintenance without informing clients or providing a timeline? I ask for loan on my mining and gas business which was declined both, I haven’t taken a loan from from your bank for more than three years have been banking with you taken less to default. Even people’s I have refers to your bank that collected loan didn’t default for once. When I open an account with your bank, it’s purposely to access a loan when times come for it to support my business in future. Is part of the bank program to give loan to customers. The updated app automatically initiated 2fa for transactions to cards which was never enabled and couldn’t also be removed. App stuck on failed after attempting transfer and can’t return back to Homepage until close. Difficulty in reaching out to inapp support. Bad UI design. As a developer myself, this update is not efficient and optimized. The previous one is still far better interms of functionality and speed.
