Horrible predatory company. *2026-06-16, version 9.1.0* I haven’t used this card for a while cause 24% is extortionate. My credit rating is excellent these days and I got this card back when I was building it up, so had to take what I could get. These days I have far better rates so I use far superior providers. Today I received an email saying they are changing my rate due to current market conditions. They changed it to 39%. Tats right 39%!!!!! Insane increase. They have been bombarding me with (awful 14%) balance transfer offers ver the last few months. Thank god I wasn’t desperate and never gave it a second thought, cause if I’d of transferred a few grand into this and then been hit with this I would all Of a sudden it would of been very expensive. Do not use this card. This is disgusting behaviour. Hey at least they reminded me to close it. Financial institutions can’t make good apps most days, but Jaja somehow made it worse. Logging in is needlessly slow due to a fake chat interface that moves at a glacial pace, which for an app you only open because they refuse to let you approve purchases on the website, makes every use of it painful. Not to mention they’re now on that obsessive “prove your identity with this third-party cowboy service” every British company is doing, making any new payments is now a severe risk to your safety. ### 1/5 — Late fee !!! *2026-06-28, version 9.1.0* I paid the card off and requested the account closed. Then I get charged £12 the next day as apparently another payment t was due ? I paid the card off in full ! I’ve paid the transactions and I won’t be using them again. I wish I knew this before applying.
