The app is great for finding tram and bus times, but the app does not allow me to change the credit card that it has saved on file in my profile, so it’s impossible to top up.

Aplikacja działa super używam ją od lat ale do dzisiaj nie mogę kupić biletòw w Szczecinie przez co muszę używać drugiej apki .

Aplikacja jest dość ok, ale numer komórkowy niemiecki to o jedną cyfrę dłuższa niż aplikacja pozwala podać!
Przy biletów nie znalazłem możliwości wybrać kilku biletów naraz, bo jeżdżę razem z żoną i dzieckiem. Język standardowo jest po angielsku w mojej app i chciałbym na polski zmienić ale tez nie znalazłem opcji.
Jak te opcje jeszcze dojdą to bym dał pięć gwiazdek.

I'm disappointed with wallet. Before it was so easy to buy tickets in just one tap. Now I have to decrease top up amount all the way down to the useless 5 PLN, wait for the transaction and buy ticket afterwards. It's quite difficult to spend all whole the wallet amount. All the time I don't have enough money to buy ticket and have to go again through the top up hell. Please allow to buy tickets with ApplePay again!

It’s mindblowing that an app that I paid for freezes on a screen full of legalese and does not allow the user to utilize any of the features it was designed to do.  This is even after making the latest update.  Useless.

caused me to miss an important meeting. Shows some ridiculous 5-minute countdown blocking validation if you close the app after purchasing a ticket.

Also - no proper ApplePay support - requires you to transfer money to their "wallet" first. Super annoying, wasting both your money (residue which you'll never spend) and time.

Man muss in eine Wallet Geld laden, um Tickets zu kaufen. Für den Kauf eines Bustickets in Poznan allerdings soll man dann seine Handynr. eingeben, die in meinem Fall einfach nicht akzeptiert wurde, egal in welchem Format ich sie eingegeben habe. Das ist sehr ärgerlich und das Geld ist weg. Als Fahrplan ist diese App toll, aber Ticketkauf ist nicht zu empfehlen. Kleiner Tipp: die Busse im Poznań haben Kartenterminals, mit denen man Tickets kaufen kann.

Search in the latest version doesn’t work on iOS 15.4.

Each time there’s “We encountered a problem” error.

Tested on multiple devices with no luck. Web version works fine.

Used the app in Warszawa and Gdańsk/Sopot. Very accurate, with excellent user interface. Did not have the opportunity to use the ticket purchase feature. Opted for the paid version to avoid the hassle of advertisements.

Genialny pomysł i bardzo dobre wykonanie. Korzystam już od paru lat. Brakuje mi tylko jednej opcji, może kiedyś się doczekam. 
Super byłoby gdyby można było dodać listę najczęściej odwiedzanych lokalizacji, jak dom, praca itp. Nie trzeba by było wpisywać za każdym razem pełnego adresu przy każdej podróży.

I have been living in Kraków for a month now and finally decided to upgrade. I originally attempted to use google maps instead, but after a few days without using jakdojade, it's genuinely been difficult. The paid version thru the store is cheaper than thru the app (for US app store albeit). Highly recommend purchasing premium. It remembers to much and makes your life easier.

Nie wyobrażam sobie życia bez niego. Nie dość, ze automatycznie wyszukuje optymalne połączenia pomiędzy dwoma punktami nieważne w jakiej miejscowości to jeszcze pokazuje jaki bilet mam kupić. Do tej pory płaciłem kartą za bilety. Odkąd dorzucono opcję płacenia poprzez Apple Pay moja radość sięgnęła zenitu. Wygoda korzystania z programu jest po prostu nieprawdopodobna. Miałem okazje bawić się podobnym oprogramowaniem (uboższym jednak) za granicą i ono nie dorasta jakdojade do małego palca u stopy. Wielkie dzięki 👍
