Then when I moved on to Wroclaw, I had to verify myself again. Bad wifi connection or idk but never recd the code number in messages. Tried 3 times then locked out for ticket purchases. Pełen portfel, pieniądze były dawno pobrane na doładowanie konta, a mimo to nic nie dało się kupić. No to wyłażę na powierzchnię tracąc cenny czas i ładuję bilet, teraz zbiegam na dół i już na schodach otwieram czytnik żeby skasować bilet, nie dobiegłem, apka blokuje mi możliwość kasowania na 3 minuty a w tym czasie ucieka już trzeci pociąg. Nie polecam, bilet z apki to śmieć jeśli ktoś chce jechać szybko lepiej podejść do terminala na stacji i tam kupić. ### 1/5 — Purchased issue *2026-08-13, version 7.3.2* I try to purchase 5 tickets in total and I get 9 tickets instead which can’t refund. ### 1/5 — Nur auf Polnisch empfangen *2026-08-01* Leider wurde mir beim installieren der App nur ein polnischer Text präsentiert, bei dem ich eine Auswahl hatte etwas zu akzeptieren. Nachdem ich so etwas wie „nur notwendige…“ angeklickt hatte, wurde ich auf eine tolle Oberfläche weitergeleitet, bei der ich Routen auswählen konnte. Leider alles auf Polnisch. Zumindest Englisch sollte auszuwählen sein. Vielleicht kann sich in der heutigen Zeit jemand von den Entwicklern um einige Sprachen kümmern. Dass sollte im Zeitalter der künstlichen Intelligenz kein Problem sein. Wenn ich weiß, was da steht, hat die App das Potential auch eine gute Bewertung zu bekommen. **Developer response:** Hello! Clicked “Activate your account to start” and asked Credit card info and pull out 2 dollars. It was a strange app called Kitchen Creations. Be aware the front AD in the app. Poland pub. transport. agency should remove such the spam ads. ### 1/5 — No language support *2026-06-30* App is required to get a ticket in Wroclaw but gives no support in other languages. You want to know some details, terms of service or who can apply for reduced tickets? We only give that information in pop-ups in polish language and you can’t switch to German or English or even copy the text from there. I guess I just won’t visit Wroclaw or other polish Cities ever again when they don’t want tourists or treat them like this I guess. Greetings! 😊 ### 1/5 — App *2026-06-12, version 7.2.18* Awful to complicated ### 1/5 — Buy only when on bus or train *2026-06-10, version 7.2.19* Be careful when buying tickets through this app. I couldn't find any clear warning explaining that once you purchase a ticket, it becomes active immediately and you are expected to already be on the bus or train. I was planning a journey for the following day and saw the option to buy a ticket at the end of the booking process, so I purchased it in advance. Unfortunately, the ticket was activated straight away and had nothing to do with my planned trip. I requested a refund, explaining the situation, but it was refused. The app should make this much clearer to avoid confusing customers. Learn from my mistake and don't buy your ticket until you're ready to travel. ### 1/5 — Keine Mail zum verifizieren *2026-06-04* Naja kann die App nicht nutzen. Registrierung klappt meine Telefonnummer wird auch akzeptiert, bekomme den Code zum bestätigen. Jedoch muss der Account wohl auch durch eine Mail die angeblich verschickt wird verifiziert werden. Diese Mail kommt bei mir nicht an also kann ich auch nichts bestätigen. Zwei Mail Adressen probiert kommt nichts und ja Spam Ordner wurde gecheckt. Ohne Verifizieren kein Kauf möglich. Somit unbrauchbar. ### 1/5 — Tickets in Wroclaw don’t work for Americans. *2026-05-31, version 7.2.17* Arbitrarily requires SMS verification specifically for buying tickets in Wroclaw. Verification consistently fails to send to American numbers. I couldn't use it in Wroclaw because it insisted on texting a mobile phone number and I don't travel with that option (just data) - that said it is a transit operator issue and not an app one and the developers were very helpful with work-arounds.
