Servers do not know how the app works or when to use it. No credits or points or whatever is supposed to go onto account after orders when dining in. Complete waste of time. 0.5 ### 1/5 — Hate Jake’s App *2026-06-25* You can’t order without logging in, it’s the most frustrating thing. Why can’t I order as guest? The guest option isn’t even a guest option because if I add my email or number you force us to login. I DON’T WANT TO LOGIN! I simply want to order the food and go about my business. Forcing someone to login is horrible user experience and I’m positive you’d increase your profits with this one little change. Stupid! ### 1/5 — Small cheddar fries not free *2026-05-09* It said I’d get a reward of free small fries and it didn’t let me redeem the reward. ### 1/5 — Can’t add gift cards *2025-05-29* I get error messages when attempting to add a gift card to my account. It’s asking for city, state, and zip code. It looks like the app team copy/pasted the credit card code for gift cards. ### 4/5 — App is glitchy *2026-05-02* Apps a little glitchy the only way I can start an order is by editing a previous order.
