JAL Lounge+ is an app to provide customers with a safe and comfortable stay at JAL First Class Lounge at Haneda and Narita International Airport. ※This app has been developed for joint demonstration experiments by Japan Airlines Co.,Ltd.,and NRI digital, Ltd. =Main functions= ◆ Current Lounge Status You can check the lounge congestion of the “JAL First Class Lounge” and “SAKURA Lounge”. ◆ Food Order You can order your food from the comfort of your seat using this app. Make the food selection and place the order. When the food is ready, lounge staff will deliver directly to the table. Service may vary from the lounges. ◆ Shower Room Booking You can book a shower room. When the shower room becomes available, we will send notifications to your mobile device. * Currently, Shower room booking from the app is not available. I scanned the QR code at the table, downloaded the app only 1mb, scanned my boarding pass and immediately selected the food. It came in a few minutes. No other info needed so does what it needed to to! ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-01-30* Asked for a lot of information including your tickets barcode, then regularly crashed. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2026-01-11* Tried to reserve shower but it keeps making you reserve again. There’s no indication of wait time just number of people ahead. ### 1/5 — Crashes then little utility *2025-12-07* The app requested information, crashed 3 times, then finally opened to reveal: a static map, no food ordering, no amenity details (wine/sake), and the shower queue. That's it- that's all there is. Not worth the time it takes to download. ### 1/5 — QR code service doesn’t work *2025-10-27* When I scan the QR code at Table ID aa-126, it only shows the message: “PLEASE ALLOW THE FOLLOWING PERMISSIONS TO USE THE SERVICE. Request permissions” But nothing happens when I click. The app doesn’t respond or continue to the menu page.
