カメラ許可、通知許可、位置情報許可をアプリが求めるけど位置情報が一向に許可されず、スタッフを呼んでオーダーする始末。iPhone２代目SEでのインプレッションです。

Tried to reserve shower but it keeps making you reserve again. There’s no indication of wait time just number of people ahead.

The app requested information, crashed 3 times, then finally opened to reveal: a static map, no food ordering, no amenity details (wine/sake), and the shower queue. 
That's it- that's all there is. Not worth the time it takes to download.

When I scan the QR code at Table ID aa-126, it only shows the message:
“PLEASE ALLOW THE FOLLOWING PERMISSIONS TO USE THE SERVICE. Request permissions”
But nothing happens when I click. The app doesn’t respond or continue to the menu page.
Please fix this — it’s very inconvenient for customers trying to order food or drinks.

Previous review concerns are not shared. I scanned the QR code at the table, downloaded the app only 1mb, scanned my boarding pass and immediately selected the food. It came in a few minutes. No other info needed so does what it needed to to!

WEBチェックインをしており、紙媒体の搭乗券を発行していないと、毎回登場情報を入力しなければならない点が少し不便。

コロナも明けて久々に来てみた羽田のサクララウンジ、こんなアプリがあって、本当に便利。成田には無かった気も。誰かも書いていましたが、フードオーダーで、特記事項か、選択オプションをつけて欲しいです。いつも、ご飯少なめとか、カレーのルーだけ多めとか、頼んでいたので、モバイルオーダーでも、それができるといいなって思います。普通に行列に並ぶのは嫌だし。あと、日本酒の説明みたいな所を見てみても、Coming Soon とかで、がっかりでした。飲んでいる日本酒の説明を読んでみたかったです。

バーコードの読み込みが早く、情報が豊富で使いやすいアプリだと思います。
その上で、サビ抜きや漬物抜き等、各メニューにオプション項目があると、フードロス、経費削減に繋がるのではないでしょうか？

最新iPhoneでは読み取りが難しくなった。
特に航空券のバーコード！
全く読み取ってくれない。
アプリ内のカメラを動かすプログラムの問題ではないですか？(このアプリ以外はちゃんと動く)
それとオーダーする時にオプション機能を付けてほしい。
例えば和御膳の場合ご飯不要とか海苔不要とか。
海老のグラタンならミニサラダ不要とか。
毎回スタッフの方に言いに行かないといけないので面倒です。
殆どの人は面倒で言わないので食べ残し増えてませんか？
食品ロスも減って良いと思います。
