### 3/5 — Julie

*2024-03-26, version 2.0.29*

Trialling app as I work with people with a range of needs. The options are tricky to select. Need a wider range of options. Can’t find a speech option. Great idea but needs some work

### 3/5 — Needs a wider variety of card options

*2023-12-01, version 2.0.29*

There needs to be more card options, for example, if someone has several things they wish to put on their card, or if they’d like to use an umbrella term like ‘neurodivergent’. Thanks very much. Otherwise, it’s a very good idea!

### 3/5 — Doesn’t wash well!

*2022-10-12, version 2.0.29*

A great idea, but two have gone through the wash, and don’t survive. Maybe a credit card style, as I can’t be the only one who forgets to check pockets!!
Thank you so much for what you do though.

### 3/5 — limited gender options and person first language

*2021-04-29*

please put a non-binary/other gender option. also, please add an option for identity first language, so it says "i am autistic" instead of "i have autism". this will definitely help this app reach a wider audience !! :)

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-10-12, version 2.0.36*

I can’t create an account. Every time I try, the username I choose is rejected, but there’s no prompt to say why. So I have no idea how to correct the error. My chosen username is not offensive, so I don’t understand why it’s rejected. Deleted the app. 😒

### 1/5 — I want to be able to use this app but it is so hard to create a login

*2024-11-02, version 2.0.29*

This app is great in theory but I can’t test it in practice! For an app used to help with accessibility it’s not very accessible.

When making an account (which I feel should be unnecessary) some of the mandatory sections to fill in aren’t labeled?? It won’t let me pick any username I’ve literally typed in every kind of username I can think of, it doesn’t tell me what’s wrong with the usernames I’ve picked. Because I can complete the account making process I simply can not use the app.

Very disappointing for such a highly regarded company to create such a non-functional app. Please fix these issues, if you want to create an app to help people with Disabilities it should be debugged.

### 1/5 — Can’t create account

*2023-11-11, version 2.0.29*

Can’t login or create account. Please update or pull this app. We already have difficulties due to our disabilities, adding an extremely frustrating experience on top of that for an app that’s supposed to help make our lives easier is unacceptable.

### 1/5 — More option

*2022-05-13, version 2.0.29*

Please allow me to add safe places

### 1/5 — Crap app

*2021-08-26, version 2.0.26*

Unlike most, I managed to sign up. All it did was that my screen said “just a minute. I have autism.” When I tried to do other things, random locations and stuff came up. Nothing was explain and nothing made sense. Also, they have not disclosed privacy settings. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

### 1/5 — Needs fixing!

*2020-07-23, version 2.0.26*

Came across this app and hoped it would be useful however it seems I cannot sign up for an account by email or Facebook Just get error messages! Very frustrating! Avoid at the moment!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-04-28, version 2.0.26*

This app won’t let me sign up in any way!

### 2/5 — Concept has potential, reality is useless

*2021-04-27, version 2.0.26*

No customization is available for the card, so if you have comorbidity and other complications that affect your ability to communicate along with one of the few available, you’re out of luck and it’s basically a review system more than a communication aid.
Also a binary gender system for a community(ies) that has more transgender people statistically, thats a yikes for me.

### 2/5 — Haven’t gotten any use yet

*2018-09-29, version 2.0.22*

Not only does it force you to pick a binary gender (not helpful for gender non conforming users), but every time I’ve tried to finish signing up it won’t let me! Disappointing :/

### 3/5 — Function

*2024-04-12, version 2.0.29*

I have more than one hidden disability but can’t use the app to simply show this. I have to keep changing it.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best app ever

### 5/5 — Health card

*2024-05-02, version 2.0.29*

### 5/5 — Get this app

*2023-07-31, version 2.0.29*

### 5/5 — So useful when I cannot keep up and forget, what was said

*2023-06-28, version 2.0.29*

.

### 5/5 — Great app and idea

*2023-01-11, version 2.0.29*

Thank you!!
Only because it is so great, I want to make a suggestion for an update.

It would be amazingly helpful if you could quickly access this card in the iPhone wallet,

to make it more quickly accessible in situations we would need to use it.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2022-11-23*

I have learning difficulties and this app helps me a lot when I go out to places around London and it’s also nice that people understand and that they are really helpful and patient with me thank you for making this app and making it free for people like me

### 4/5 — 4 Stars as cannot select more than 1 disability

*2024-03-22, version 2.0.29*

Would be lovely if this option were available as I fit into multiple categories

### 4/5 — great app! but...

*2020-10-30, version 2.0.26*

such an amazing idea! one thing i would love to see added is the option to customise the text on the back of the card. i have selective mutism and i find that a card that just says “i have a condition” doesn't always give the person receiving the card much information on how they can assist me.
