## What is Jam3ah Admin?

Jam3ah Admin is the staff console for Jam3ah, a private tutoring service in Kuwait. It is an internal tool for our own employees — it is not a consumer app, and an account has to be created for you by our office.

What our staff use it for:

• REQUESTS — See new session requests from students as they arrive, open one, change its status and leave notes for the rest of the team.

• SCHEDULING — Book sessions with a teacher, check availability, and follow each session from booked to completed.

• INSTANT ALERTS — Get a push notification the moment a request comes in, a session is booked or changed, or a payment is received, and tap it to open exactly that record.

• ROLE-BASED ACCESS — Every employee sees only the areas they are given. Finance, HR, scheduling and front desk each get their own view, and money is hidden from staff who do not handle it.

• EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE — Teachers, students, sessions, recordings and messages, wherever you are.

Jam3ah — where education meets innovation.

## Version history (last 1 release)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-22

What's new in 1.1.0

• Teachers can now use this app. One sign-in page for everyone — a teacher signs in and lands straight in his own instructor portal: his classes, his earnings, his working hours and his messages.
• Teachers receive class reminders and messages as notifications on their own phone, in their own language.
• The instructor portal is now fully in Arabic with right-to-left layout, with English one tap away.
