## What is Jam3ah?

Jam3ah is the student app for Jam3ah private tutoring.

Everything about your classes, in one place:

• YOUR SCHEDULE — See every upcoming class with the subject, teacher, date and time. Your next class is always at the top.

• JOIN IN ONE TAP — When class time comes, tap Join to open the session directly. No links to hunt for.

• BEFORE AND AFTER — Tell your teacher what you want to focus on before the class, then rate the class and the teacher afterwards.

• CLASS RECORDINGS — Watch the recording of a past class whenever you need to review it.

• MESSAGE YOUR TEACHER — Chat with our team and with your own teachers. Send a photo of your work, a document, or a voice message.

• REQUEST A CLASS — Ask for a new session, or request to reschedule or cancel one, and follow the status of your request.

• YOUR BALANCE AND PAYMENTS — See your remaining hours, your receipts, and pay securely by KNET or card when a payment is due.

• ARABIC AND ENGLISH — The whole app works in both, right-to-left included.

Jam3ah — where education meets innovation.

An account is created by our team when you join Jam3ah. If you are not a Jam3ah student yet, contact us and we will set you up.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-28

• Open PDFs, Word documents and PowerPoint slides right inside the app — no downloading, and a back button where you expect it.
• Links in messages can now be tapped.
• A shorter request form: we work the subject out from the material you upload, so there is less for you to fill in.
• Choose your teacher — see up to three suggested teachers and pick the time that suits you.
• Class recordings now carry your name, and pause if the screen is being recorded.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-23

What's new in 1.1.0

• The app now opens in Arabic, with full right-to-left layout. English is one tap away, and your choice follows you to any device.
• Pick your own class time. Once your teacher is set, you see their real free times and choose the one that suits you.
• Choose a teacher yourself and see their published working hours before you pick.
• Clearer messages: if a time is too close to now, we say so instead of telling you it was taken.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-04
