Downloaded at least three times with all personal information and does not recognise bookings. This is a total waste of space. No stars if possible.

Spammed to install the app again and again and then uploaded personal information and the booking is not found.
I can’t help but feel I’ve been conned into uploading all my personal information in a phishing scam

Been trying to check in with booking reference and name but unable to do so.

I’m sure it would be fabulous if it worked but it won’t accept my booking, apparently it’s non existent! Got the hotel to check, and my booking is valid and I’m using the right booking reference
