## What is JamesMap?

JamesMap CRM is a private real estate CRM for authorized JamesMap teams. It helps agents, supervisors, managers, and admins manage leads, follow-ups, tasks, resale units, CIL requests, property data, team activity, notifications, chats, WhatsApp tools, and issue reports from mobile.

Users can view and update CRM records, assign leads, add feedback and meeting notes, manage property unit details, upload property photos or documents, send chat attachments and voice notes, and receive operational alerts connected to the production CRM dashboard.

Access is restricted to approved workspace users and role-based permissions.
