## Newest reviews (1 of 21)

### 3/5 — No password save option

*2020-06-19*

It’s pretty good for its purpose, but why doesn’t it give you the option to save your password or use Face ID?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Worse time keeping app in existence

*2025-09-23*

I don’t think I’ve seen such a poorly designed app in my life. I’m pretty sure a monkey randomly typing on a keyboard can write a better app. You should be ashamed of yourself JAMIS.

### 1/5 — Still terrible

*2025-04-07*

It’s 2025 and this app is still terrible.

### 1/5 — I can’t believe people got paid to make this

*2024-06-17*

Constantly glitches - overwrites entries, cannot toggle between entering time worked and PTO. Have learned my lesson to just enter my time on a desktop because I find myself constantly correcting app entries. If you don’t have a life and never take leave then use the app.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-05-01*

Quite often the app lags or freezes entirely. Won’t allow you to change your password or notify you when it’s time to change it.

### 1/5 — Clearly written by lowest bidder

*2020-01-30*

Crashes, makes me reload profile, essentially worthless.

If I had made this app, I would have been fired. Of course I wouldn’t have been paid anyway because I can’t log my time in the app

### 1/5 — Not able to enter the time sheet

*2019-12-17*

Not able to enter time sheet it says service error when I go to time sheet

Error : service error 405 method not allowed

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2018-08-31*

Won’t authenticate

### 2/5 — Often unable to login

*2024-02-25*

Unable to login - have to close the app and repeat the login process multiple times. With the update it just says “you’ve authenticated” and I can’t do anything else.
Prior to the update (not sure if this still applies) the UI is a little weird to navigate. Submitting timesheets for the week or adding time to the day for a new task can be confusing, especially after an update

### 2/5 — Time card module submits hours on the wrong job!

*2020-09-02*

When you add a second job to a day for time recording and then put hours on it, the app displays your hours on that job when you save. However, when you submit the time card it puts all of your previously recorded hours on new job! Twice now I have had to go through my company’s HR department to correct timesheets THAT WERE CORRECT WHEN I SUBMITTED THEM, but were not correct when they were approved. Weak tea, JAMIS Prime!

### 2/5 — App is hung

*2018-12-21*

It is hung when trying to save. I need to close the app and open again, then I can see my latest entry

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Timesheets

*2024-02-26*

Great - Quick - Easy

### 5/5 — More than just a time sheet app

*2020-12-17*

I use this app to make approvals, look up business contacts in CRM, view dashboard KPIs, and more. It’s nice to have access to the info I need on the fly.

### 5/5 — Convenient

*2019-01-10*

It’s nice being able to access and update my info on the app. Whenever there’s an issue, the Support team is just a phone call away minus the 10+ mins on hold.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2019-01-09*

Love that I have the option to submit my time card through the mobile app.

### 5/5 — Great App! Great for Mobile Worker

*2019-01-09*

Very efficient & time saver

### 5/5 — Love the ease of access!

*2019-01-08*

I can put my time in on the go! It is so efficient for me on the road

### 5/5 — No late time cards!

*2019-01-08*

With this app, not only do I have access/insight into my contracts and customers on the road - but there’s really no reason to ever have a late time card.

### 4/5 — Pretty Good

*2025-05-22*

My Jamis ERP iPhone app is pretty good. Most of the time I can easily sign in and update my status. It seems Jamis improved the user's ability to make and submit an explanation for "late entries". Not that I need to use it all the time but now it is easier especially during business trips. I only gave a four star due to the expense report not being user friendly... at all.

### 3/5 — Not user friendly

*2025-03-21*

Found the app to not be intuitive, requiring more training than other similar functions apps.

### 3/5 — Does the job, but some issues

*2024-12-13*

Sometimes the app doesn’t save PTO requests and also since upgrading to a 16 pro, Face ID doesn’t work to log in.
