You guys just took my data with a promise of app that will help me meet new people in my area. If i don’t get a reply on this i might even go to consumer court as well seriously quite frustrating ### 1/5 — Issue regarding Awaiting Review *2025-04-08* I downloaded the Jamm app with high expectations, but my profile has been "under review" for over 2-3 weeks with no updates or explanation. What's the point of a social networking app if you can't even access it? There's no support or clear communication to resolve this issue,And also i have mail my issue but there is no response regarding the issue. If we are rejected just let us know so we can delete our profile, its been hectic to see each & every day to open the app and still its under review. For an app designed to connect people, it's ironic how disconnected the experience feels. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2025-01-24* It’s just ridiculous with amount of waiting and verification process. It’s more than 10 days now and despite regular mails there’s literally no feedback. Idk what kind of verification process is this which takes more than 10-12 days after filling up all the required data and selfie verification. Take your own sweet time but atlst respond well. ### 1/5 — Deleting my Account. Extremely Frustrated with the Verification Delay *2024-12-30* I am seriously pi**ed about the verification process. I registered on the app 3-4 days ago and filled all the details as requested including the selfie for verification, but didn’t get any feedback till now, not even the rejection. I am not sure about criteria that a user needs to have to get accepted but It is really frustrating to wait this long. Atleast keep the user updated (even if his/her profile is not aligning with your acceptance criteria). What’s the point of showcasing yourself genuine, if you fail to justify your claim or provide the service appropriately? I am deleting my account from this application. ### 1/5 — Profile Won’t Even Get Activated *2024-12-13* I downloaded the Jamm app with high expectations, but my profile has been “under activation” for over 24 hours with no updates or explanation. What’s the point of a social networking app if you can’t even access it? The onboarding process is unnecessarily slow and frustrating. There’s no support or clear communication to resolve this issue. For an app designed to connect people, it’s ironic how disconnected the experience feels. Until these issues are fixed, I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Developers, please prioritize user experience! ### 1/5 — The inevitable wait of new user profile review *2024-12-06* If this is the speed and quality of check and review these guys have to make better call it a specific, exclusive, members only app, where founder/team is taking their own sweet time as if we are living in the Babylon era. I’m assuming the founder didn’t had extensive social gatherings in his childhood an experiment, she/ he has planned on general public. Bro/sis, if you take so much of time, then don’t make an app create a community which works in real life that works in parks and other social clubs and pubs and not and software oriented app where you need to justify making one by simply adding or not adding users into it. Creating exclusivity is one thing and taking so much of time to just pass the user is another. On the contrary, I think you guys are doing it on purpose so that this scarcity and then then there is higher demand If you actually believed in invite only club or an app, you wouldn’t have gone for extensive Instagram marketing because if Marketing is involved, then you want so this is all a sham. I got it. It’s useless. I’m leaving it right now or wait. I didn’t join so how am I leaving? See paradoxes now. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not working properly at all *2026-08-27* I downloaded this app because I saw the ad and I thought it is something interesting and I should give it a try, but when I downloaded it and when I opened the application, I tried signing up through my Apple ID or my Gmail ID, but this app was not working at all, and when I tried to do it, it was just showing internal server error it was a total waste of my time, and I was downloading something new and interesting. My account has been frozen on 'awaiting verification' for MONTHS. No communication, no timeline, no human response from support. At the same time, two of my female friends signed up and were approved within a single day each. That's not a coincidence — it's the business model. The verification queue appears designed to fast-track women (and the photos, bios, and personal data they upload during signup) while indefinitely stalling male accounts. It's hard to see what JAMM is actually doing if it isn't building a database of female user profiles for purposes that have nothing to do with serving its users. If you're a man, you almost certainly won't get verified. If you're a woman, think carefully about what you're handing over and to whom. Avoid until the developers come clean about why male and female accounts are treated so radically differently. **Developer response:** We understand your frustration with the long wait, but the suggestion that JAMM collects or uses women’s profiles for purposes unrelated to the platform is incorrect. The app keeps showing pending for verification for too long with no proper explanation, updates, or estimated timeline. Both times, the profile was kept pending for approval. The first time, I waited for two days, but it was never approved. Today, I created the profile again and waited the entire day, but still no approval. This is a very poor app with a bad system. There is no transparency and no proper response. Please don’t trust this app. Wasting time on this app feels like hitting your head against a wall. ### 1/5 — Terrible UI/UX *2025-11-12* The onboarding process for the app is absolutely horrendous. It’s obvious they didn’t factor in UX at all. ### 1/5 — Glitches like crazy *2025-10-30* The app doesn’t have a single section that works smoothly. Scrolling through profiles? It will randomly go back to the top and show you the same profiles again and again. Trying to create a Jamm? Always shows “Something went wrong”, trying to reply to someone? Have to click on “Accept” a gazillion times for it to work. Honestly, the app needs a lot of work and gets really frustrating despite the hype on social media. Also so many profiles have gibberish written on their profile bios and other sections. How are these profiles even getting verified or are allowed to get through, the founder only knows. ### 1/5 — Doesn't move past the login screen *2025-09-01* The app is not ready yet. The otp takes forever to reach you. I have read so many other reviews about the app asking for a lot of personal info and then taking days before it approves you to start using the app. Can't trust the creators if they cannot even build the otp functionality properly ### 1/5 — Shut down the app! Do not download people *2025-08-23* Its been days I have downloaded the app and its still in profile verification due to which I cant use the app at all. It had just taken my info and not allowing me in the app at all. This is 2025 and you are still taking days to verify profile which larger companies do it within a day. Or maybe its a SCAM to just steal info of people. Also liked the name, looking forward to jamm! Some suggestions: 1. Can we not have questions like Favourite Musician, and Favourite movies in the sign-up process ? 2. Can we get an option to complete verification (such as selfies) profile pictures later on ? There are high chances of loosing the user at this stage of product funnel. Perhaps, we need to complete certain % of profile before the first Jamm ? 3. My profile is still showing under review. CEO on the video, so I have reached or enter all the criteria, including the social media links, photos, selfie, and everything. I think it’s been a three months that this people have not approved or properly reviewed my profile, so I am truly frustrated by checking, checking, checking so I am expecting an answer at least through this. Will they approve? Will you guys approve if you don’t please tell me. I’ll delete my profile and uninstall this application. I will wait about 2 to 3 days from now if you approved if things goes well, as you committed, I will come back and change my rating, otherwise, it remain same. ### 2/5 — Not a good experience *2026-04-30* The app is blank since 3 months now! Every time I update and/or open the app it’s blank, just white screen. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it, I had to create a new profile even after logging in with the same details?! Come on! Y’all take 3-4 months to accept the profile and then your app won’t work?! What do I do? **Developer response:** We’re really sorry about this experience.
