Most ear training apps train. Arena makes you compete.

A sound plays. You have seconds to name it. Faster answers score more. Streaks stack. Miss one, the streak resets. Ten questions, total score, one shot at the leaderboard.

SIX DISCIPLINES

▸ INTV — interval recognition
▸ CHRD — chord type identification
▸ INVR — identify the chord inversion
▸ MELO — name the scale-tone melodic pattern
▸ OFKY — pick the chord that doesn't belong in the key

FIVE TIERS

Student → Musician → Performer → Virtuoso → Maestro. Each tier widens the vocabulary and tightens the screws. Beginners aren't drowned. Experts aren't bored.

SOLO MODE

Ten questions against the clock. Your score is total points across all answers. The first time you finish a tier × discipline combo, you choose whether to put your score on the board. Pick a handle, hold a spot. Thirty boards in total — one for every tier × discipline combination.

HEAD-TO-HEAD MODE

Two players, one device, landscape orientation. Twenty questions. First to buzz answers. Wrong buzz costs a point. No second chances. Brutal. Fun.
