I’m trying to replace MainStage on my Mac and I thought JamUp/iPad might be the answer. Craig ### 4/5 — Great app shame about apple licence issue *2020-05-06, version 3.6.40* I’ve had this app on an old iPad for years and love it. On the iPad I’d stored 100 or more songs to jam to. I’ve now got an iPhone for the first time and just installed jam up. Same great app and now nice and compact on the go. The problem though is that I’ve signed up to Apple Music and even if you download songs to your device you can’t import them into JamUp apparently due to copyright issues. Really disappointed and have now had to download those 100 or so songs again which kind of defeats the point. Are Apple interested in sorting this out? ### 2/5 — Why so much feedback?! *2019-12-25, version 3.6.40* I don’t understand how there can be any feedback while using earbuds. And using an external speaker? - forget about it! If you want a decent amount of distortion it squeals like a Ned Beaty in Deliverance. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very bad updates… *2024-07-19, version 3.6.42* The app just completely stopped working after an update of some kind. Using now iOS 16.5 and aboslutely no sound comes off the app, when everything plugged like it used to be (with a classic iRig module). Very poor support on the website regarding any compatibility chart that would help figure out what the problem might be. Wether you have to actually BUY them or you have to do something to access them is beyond me. I’ve been fooled again by these mobile amplifier apps, it’s all a money hungry system. Even the preloaded presets sounded terrible.
