Although I know how to use the app which took some time to figure out there are still technical difficulties with processing recordings sometimes. It says the recording will process with stable internet connection but that is definitely not always the case. When you ask for technical support they are only available Monday -Friday unless you want to speak with a bot who is unable to help with anything. Since it is a PAID app there should be people on the weekends helping students trouble shoot recordings instead of leaving students to struggle to study for exams over the weekends .
