Being apple to have all the important parts of my lecture in one section and not having to go all over the place, feels like a lifesaver! It has given me so much more time to be productive and multitask by recording the specific parts of my lectures that are note-worthy, so I can engage more in the content and use that time to plan assignments. It’s really great if you have a tendency to zone out during long lectures (like me) because you can use the trackback button to capture what’s already been said, without having to awkwardly ask for it to be repeated 😅 I have found it super helpful to be able to send notes to my fellow students via the app also as it’s all in one place and easy to go back to! Now I dont have very important lecture info for my nursing classes. Much to my disappointment, this app is not functional at all. ### 1/5 — Didn’t Work, App Wouldn’t Launch After Recording *2024-08-29, version 1.41* I’m a college student and tried to use this app to record a lecture and I was curious to see if the note taking feature would also work. It didn’t. The app felt slow, sometimes the buttons in the app wouldn’t respond until 4 or 5 taps, and the app evidently recorded the lecture, but I never got to listen to it because as soon as I ended the recording the app crashed and I was unable to launch it again. The app also didn’t take any notes throughout the entire lecture as far as I could tell. You can’t view the summary or key points, nor can you import slides. It’s also not translated into english very well. ### 2/5 — Had potential *2024-11-17, version 1.44* This app has potential to be such a helpful tool for students with recording accommodations to help them study. Although I know how to use the app which took some time to figure out there are still technical difficulties with processing recordings sometimes. It says the recording will process with stable internet connection but that is definitely not always the case. When you ask for technical support they are only available Monday -Friday unless you want to speak with a bot who is unable to help with anything. Since it is a PAID app there should be people on the weekends helping students trouble shoot recordings instead of leaving students to struggle to study for exams over the weekends .
