Every time it shows “Unable to process your request. Customer support and branch assistance is very poor. After the poor service, I have decided to close my account. To close my account, I have to visit several times for the closure of my account. In addition to this, I have to pay 590 rupees for the account closure fee. No other bank (axis bank, SBI…) deduct charges for the same.
