## What is Janalkhair?

Janalkhair — Harvest What You Spend

Saudi Arabia's loyalty rewards app. Earn reward points on your everyday shopping at partner stores across the Kingdom — scan the store's QR at the till and your points land in seconds. Then gift them, convert them to vouchers, or watch them grow.

WHY JANALKHAIR
• Reward points automatically on purchases at partner merchants — just scan the store's QR at the till (cash, card or Apple Pay).
• My Points in one place: available, pending and lifetime points, with every purchase listed by store, date, time and amount.
• Convert points to vouchers at partner stores and enjoy a conversion bonus.
• Send gift points to family and friends — from a coffee to something spectacular.
• Family accounts: manage points for your family members in one place.
• Find partner stores near you — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across Saudi Arabia — with search, categories and map.

BUILT FOR SAUDI ARABIA
• Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Filipino, Bengali and Indonesian — switch on any screen.
• Pay in-app with mada, Visa and Mastercard — cards stored as secure tokens with a licensed payment gateway.
• Identity verification through the Kingdom's trusted national verification services.
• Your data is protected in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law; delete your account any time from Profile.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign up with your Saudi mobile number — verify your identity to unlock everything.
2. Shop at any partner merchant and scan the store's QR at the till.
3. Watch the reward points arrive — then spend them on gifts and vouchers.

Janalkhair is for citizens, residents and visitors of Saudi Arabia — a Saudi mobile number is required; verify your National ID / Iqama to unlock all features. Janalkhair points are a loyalty benefit provided by participating merchants; they have no cash value and are redeemable only within the programme. Merchant availability varies by city and grows every week.
