### 2/5 — Great concept but needs improvement

*2026-07-31*

I use this for a few clinics. It’s a great option to book but managing multiple clinics on it creates problems. Here’s are the reasons why it needs an upgrade.

1. If the password you saved was updated on the other device, it doesn’t accept it and keeps asking for password. It doesn’t provide a ‘reset password’ option.

2. I have a long and complicated medical history with lots of meds and procedures. I often input part of it and save it but then it gets locked and you can no longer edit it. This should be changed.

3. It would be wonderful if you had the option to use the same medical info for numerous clinics and then tweak it as needed. You can’t even copy and paste the info so it’s a pain to input everything each time.

Please fix the above and provide a ‘new and improved’ version.

Thx.

**Developer response:** Hey Jasmine. Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed review. Entering a long medical history across a few different clinics is a lot to keep re-entering every time, and I hear the frustration in the details you laid out here.

The password piece is worth a closer look, our team can dig into that with you through support@jane.app. The locked fields sound like they might be more about how intake forms behave once submitted than something actually broken, and since that's tied to each clinic's own records, it's something to raise with them directly rather than with us. Same goes for wanting one shared medical history across clinics instead of re-entering it everywhere: each clinic runs its own separate Jane account, so that information doesn't currently follow you between them. I can see why that would be more helpful, and it's the kind of feedback we'll pass along to the product team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

### 3/5 — Needs Pay w Card on File

*2026-06-10*

Our clients have a hard time keeping track of their Jane account page, where we do all payments with card on file. We tell everyone to bookmark it, but we still have people searching it from Google and struggling to sign in. Not only that, but we have to specifically tell people NOT to use the app store version because people will download it and be confused why they can’t pay w/ card on file.

If this app allowed payments it would resolve a lot of confusion and we could actually recommend it to our clients. It would make a big difference for us.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share this so thoughtfully. Hearing that clients are confused between the web and app experience is fair feedback, and the sign-in and account-linking experience is admittedly one of our favourite things about the app (in our humble opinion.)

Your feedback is genuinely useful context for us. Payments in the app aren't something we're ready to tackle yet, but it's something we'd love to work toward. We hope we get to make your life and your clients' lives easier on that front someday soon. 🩵

### 2/5 — Ok once you get in

*2026-05-29*

Took MANY attempts to get it to recognize my email /pw. Super frustrating. Also every provider requires me to have its own un/pw. And a different pw for the actual app. Still haven’t managed to get that set up.

**Developer response:** That login experience sounds genuinely frustrating, and we're sorry it took so many attempts just to get in. That's not the start anyone wants.

A quick note that might help that you noted already: the Jane for Clients app uses its own separate login, and each clinic you've visited also has its own individual login. To get started on the app, you'll want to create that one central account for the app, which you can then link the clinics you attend to that login for the app - one account to rule them all!

We know that can feel like a lot to manage at first glance, especially when you're just trying to get set up, but once it's set up it should be a much smoother experience going forward.

If you're still stuck, please reach out to support@jane.app and the team would be happy to help you get oriented. We hope we get the chance to turn this around for you. 💙

### 3/5 — Annoying log in

*2026-05-25*

Never remembers login info, always have to re enter my info every time the app is fully closed. Face ID just breaks the app and causes it to get stuck on a grey loading screen making me have to reinstall the app.

App otherwise is fine for viewing appointments but pretty useless for booking.

**Developer response:** So sorry logging in has been frustrating for you. With Face ID enabled, your session should stay active for a good stretch without needing to re-enter your credentials, so it may be worth looking into. The grey screen issue in particular can sometimes be connected to a spotty internet connection at the time of login, but we'd love to dig into both with you. Please reach out to support@jane.app and we'll do our best to get to the bottom of it. 🙏

### 4/5 — Great app, but some suggestions

*2026-05-22*

I regularly use this app to book an appointment with my therapist, I think this is the best way to book over other methods! One of the few suggestions I have for this app is the ability to upload a profile picture as a patient, I think it would nice for practitioners to be able to reveal new patients’ faces. And another one is the ability to make payments directly on the app, not requiring to log in to the website. And lastly, it would be nice to integrate Apple Pay.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for sharing such a kind review! Really glad the app's been a good fit for booking with your therapist, and these are such thoughtful suggestions. The profile photo idea especially is interesting from a "new patient faces" angle. Also great feedback about making it smoother to make payments, we'll pass that onto the team. We'll keep listening and working to make the app even better. 😊

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2026-05-15*

Doesnt work. Cant retrieve info. Awful.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If you reach out to support@jane.app with a bit more detail about what's not working when you're trying to bring up your username, we'd genuinely like to help get things sorted.

### 1/5 — Does not often work

*2026-05-03*

Will not fully open to my account. When it infrequently does open, it won’t allow me to register for classes

**Developer response:** So sorry to hear the app hasn't been going as expected for you. Not being able to get in reliably, or register for classes when you do, sounds really frustrating and isn't the experience we want for you. Please reach out to us at support@jane.app and we'd be happy to help troubleshoot.

### 2/5 — Would be nice if I could see my receipts in the actual app

*2026-04-28*

Would be nice if I could see my receipts in the actual app, it brings me to the online portal and makes you login again which is kinda a pain

**Developer response:** That's fair feedback, and we hear you! Having to log in again on the browser to view receipts isn't the smoothest experience. We've passed this along to the team working on Jane for Clients, so thank you for taking the time to share this. Thanks so much for trying the app, and we look forward to bringing more features to it in the future! 🩵

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-04-14*

Hot garbage!!! Won’t let me sign in

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear this has been your experience. We genuinely want the app to work well for all who use it, so if you're ever open to it, we're at support@jane.app.

### 1/5 — Impossible

*2026-04-10*

Have tried for two days to sign on. There is no place to change your password if you forgot it. I’ve delegated the app and tried starting again but always end up with incorrect log in. This app sucks!

**Developer response:** We're really sorry you've been having such a hard time getting signed in. There is a password reset option in the app (when it takes you to the sign-in screen after selecting "I've used this app before, sign in"), but if that's not working, something else might be going on. Please reach out to us at support@jane.app and we'll do our best to get to the bottom of it.

### 1/5 — Worst

*2026-03-27*

Worst app ever

**Developer response:** It's always disappointing to hear Jane's app didn't meet expectations, sorry to hear that. If you're open to sharing specifics, we're always curious to learn how things landed and you can reach us at support@jane.app 💙

### 3/5 — Missing a few key things

*2026-03-05*

Works great to book new appointments or reschedule, but it would be more likely to recommend patients download the app if it serves as a way for them to access their receipts and home exercises. More practical to put a shortcut on the home screen of the phone for the website.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for giving the app a try and for such a detailed review! Framing feedback as 'what would make the app worth recommending to patients?' is genuinely useful to us.💡

You're right that the app is still focused on the appointment side of things, such as managing bookings, messaging, and attending online appointments, and our team is always working to expand what's possible! We totally hear you that access to receipts and exercise resources would make it even more helpful, and feedback like this is exactly what helps shape features in Jane.

Looking forward to building more in the future, and we hope it can be more helpful to your patients 🩵

### 3/5 — Limited functions

*2026-03-02*

It does do the basics but still has so many features that arent available compared to desktop account settings

**Developer response:** Thanks for giving the app a try! We started with the core stuff, like managing appointments across all your Jane clinics under one central login and joining telehealth visits, but we're definitely not stopping there! Our team is always brainstorming what to bring to the app next, so feedback like this really does help shape where we go. Feel free to share your ideas in the feedback area of the app. 💙

### 1/5 — Fail

*2026-02-23*

Created account. Logged into account. Logs in. Book appointment, sorry wrong login information” despite being signed in.

**Developer response:** That sounds really frustrating, and we're sorry to hear the booking experience didn't go smoothly. The "wrong login information" error while already being signed in is something we'd love to dig into with you.

If you have a spare moment, we'd love to take a look, so please reach out to us at support@jane.app and we'll do our best to get to the bottom of it. 💙

### 2/5 — Kind of Horrible on Mac

*2026-02-05*

Could not – even with my technical expertise – get a video session to work on my Mac. [And, yes, I enabled scripts in Safari.] An exercise in frustration!

Gave up and it immediately worked on my iPad.

Though even there, there are no video pleasantries like background blur – never mind virtual backgrounds.

**Developer response:** Thanks for trying the Jane's mobile app. We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating it was trying to get your video session working on your Mac, especially after troubleshooting on your end. That’s not the experience we want for you.

We’d love to look into what may have happened. If you’re open to it, please reach out to support@jane.app so our team can dig in with you.

We also appreciate the feedback about features like background blur and virtual backgrounds. That’s helpful to hear, and we’ll pass it along to the team.

### 1/5 — SO FRUSTRATING

*2026-01-30*

This whole system is a MESS. It’s impossible to merge all accounts into one centralized account. I now have several accounts for separate clinics that I have to log into everytime I need to book an appointment. Some clinics have add family member option, some don’t. So I also have to make a separate account for a 5 year old. There is nothing user friendly about this! TERRIBLE AND INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!!

**Developer response:** Thanks for trying Jane’s mobile app for clients. We’re really sorry your experience has been so frustrating.

The app is designed to let you use one login to manage appointments across multiple clinics you’ve visited. One of its main goals is to provide quicker, more efficient access to booking care under one universal login.

If your accounts are not appearing together, something may not be linked correctly. Our team would be happy to take a closer look and help sort it out.

Please reach out to support@jane.app and we’ll do our best to make this smoother 💙

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Sucks/ terrible

*2026-08-25*

This app is horrible at retaining my information. It either doesn’t recognize my email or says I’m using the wrong password. Only way to log is is thru google and I don’t like that. I have reset my password several times. So annoying

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-08-14*

When I go to reset my password, it sends me a code, but there’s nowhere to actually enter a code so you just do this over and over again. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

**Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to share this. We're sorry to hear that resetting your password has been such a frustrating experience for you and would like to help. What you're describing doesn't match how the reset process is meant to work in the app, so we don't want to guess at the cause here and would be interested to hear more.

If you're able to email us at support@jane.app with a few details, such as roughly when this happens and whether you're going through the app itself or a browser, that would help our team figure out what may be going on and get you the guidance needed to reset your password.

### 1/5 — frustrating!!

*2026-08-10*

Your login system is frustrating and wastes so much time.

**Developer response:** We're sorry the login process has been giving you trouble. You're right, hitting barriers when signing in is a frustrating experience. If you can share a bit more about what happened, our team would like to help. You can reach us at support@jane.app.

### 1/5 — Adding clinic- error msg

*2026-07-19*

I have correct information- can’t add new clinic !!!

**Developer response:** Hi there. Sorry to hear you're running into trouble adding your clinic. That sounds frustrating especially when you've already confirmed everything's correct on your end and it's still not working as expected. It's hard to say for sure what's going on from here, so it would be best to loop in our team. If you email support@jane.app with what you're seeing, they should be able to help figure out what's happening.

### 1/5 — Worst app by far

*2026-07-08*

I have had to sign in 5 times to try and make an appt. Says I need to add email and phone number. It’s in the sign on!!! I’m deleting it.

**Developer response:** Hi there. Sorry you ran into this, that kind of repeated sign-in loop is frustrating, especially when you're just trying to get an appointment booked.

If you're up for it, emailing support@jane.app with what you're seeing would help the team actually look into what's going on for your account. Either way, thanks for taking the time to share this.

### 1/5 — More glitches than any APP I have ever used.

*2026-07-04*

This APP advertises that you can add your practitioners in one place but you have to have a different login for each one. No way would I trust this APP for payments. Two of the practitioners I use have commented they have had nothing bit problems with it and don’t plan to use it much longer. They’re actively looking for a better platform.

**Developer response:** Hi Lola. So sorry to hear you've had such a poor experience. You're right that the app's bread and butter is one central login which allows you to manage your bookings with all of your providers who use Jane in one place.

That said, to get it set up the first time, each clinic needs to be linked under that new central login first, which is a one-time step per clinic. Once that's done, everything lives under a single login going forward. We totally get the frustration when tech feels like it's not working as well as you expected, so if you'd like a hand getting your clinics linked, our team at support@jane.app is happy to walk you through it.

### 1/5 — Reflect web client portal and use same accounts

*2026-06-29*

This app is confusing. As a client, other apps I’ve used reflect the website more than just booking appointments. And the login needs to be the same as for the clinic websites. It’s odd to create a new login for just app usage. The place I would use it for doesn’t have online booking enabled and this app requires that because apparently besides messaging, that’s all it can do - it needs to add documents, booked appointments, and other functionality that the website offers. SimplePractice has a fully-featured mobile app for clients and so do MyChart and others. Even Healow by eClinicalWorks now works reasonably well. There just needs to be a new app developed for clients who use clinics that use Jane. Thank you.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the detailed breakdown, Patrick, it helps us to see exactly where it felt confusing for you.

Each clinic runs on its own separate account, since every clinic using Jane is its own individual practice, so you'll have a separate login for each of those clinics, and then you'll need to create one central account to use on the app. That's intentional: it's what lets you use one login across every Jane clinic you visit, instead of a separate one for each clinic's site.

We hear you on wanting more functionality built into the app, and we've shared that with our product team. Thanks again for the feedback.💙

### 1/5 — Easily the worst app ever

*2026-06-25*

Complete junk.

**Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to try out Jane's mobile app and let us know how it went, though it's always disappointing to hear it didn't work for you. We'd really like to understand what happened and what could make things better. If you're willing to share any details, our team is always happy to help at support@jane.app.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2026-06-19*

I hate it

**Developer response:** So sorry to hear you're not finding the app helpful. Every experience matters to us, the good and the not-so-great alike, and the more we hear the better we can do. Please reach out at support@jane.app. We'd genuinely love to hear what left you wanting more from the experience.

### 1/5 — No way to add appointments to Google calendar.

*2026-05-17*

Should be the feature to add appointments to the Google calendar not only iPhone calendar.

**Developer response:** Some good news: adding to Google Calendar is possible! If Google Calendar is set as your default calendar app, it should pick up automatically, but even if it doesn't, you should be able to choose Google Calendar when choosing to add to/subscribe to calendar

Hope that makes things a bit easier, but if you run into any trouble getting it set up, our team at support@jane.app is happy to help. 😊

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — So Easy….

*2026-06-24*

So easy to set up all my Jane accounts in one place and I love being able to see all appts in one place.

**Developer response:** Woohoo! I like to think managing appointments across multiple clinics in one place is the app's bread and butter, and hearing that it's actually landing that way in real life is the best kind of feedback we can get. 😊 And the best part? We've got more in the works. 😎

The fact that setup was easy too matters a lot to us. We want the whole experience to feel simple from the start, so thanks so much for taking the time to share this, and for giving the app a try. 💙

### 5/5 — Great UX

*2026-04-20*

The ux in this app is amazing. Finally a way of organizing my appointments in one place

**Developer response:** "Finally a way of organizing my appointments in one place" - woop! That's one of the big pain points we were solving for with the Jane for Clients app! And we're not stopping there, we look forward to making the app even better with time, so stay tuned. 😄 So glad the app's been delivering for you, and truly appreciate you taking the time for sharing this 💙

### 5/5 — Work as charm

*2026-01-21, version 2025.12.05.215*

I was having an issue with the certificate after upgrading my phone. An had rated it 1 star. Their support team emailed me today and now it is working fine. I love that I can now book with any of my past practitioners from different places in one place.

### 5/5 — Easy and convenient to use

*2026-01-12*

I love this app. It’s convenient to book, make changes and cancel for all of my practitioners that use Jane.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the kind words! We’re so glad the app makes it easy to book and manage care across your practitioners. That’s exactly what we were hoping for 😊 We'll keep up the work and hope you continue to enjoy the app. Happy booking 🩵

### 5/5 — Convenience at your fingertips

*2025-11-02, version 2025.10.24.208*

I use this app to manage all of my appointments and to stay on top of my health! I’ve never felt better.

### 5/5 — So much faster

*2025-09-24, version 2025.08.01.199*

This app makes it so much easier and faster to book all of my appointments across all of my different providers, especially since I go to a few different clinics. This app has gained the privilege of being on the first homepage screen of my phone. lol

### 5/5 — Incredible

*2025-09-05, version 2025.08.01.199*

I’m so impressed that I can have all my Jane clinic logins in one place now! It works beautifully showing all of my appointments in one place across multiple clinics. I’m blown away. Also very impressive that if you used different email addresses between different clinics, you can still add all your Canadian accounts here.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-09-02, version 2025.08.01.199*

Took me a long to actually download this app and set it up. Why did I wait so long?? It’s great to have access to all my treatments in one app.

### 5/5 — OMG

*2025-08-21, version 2025.07.17.196*

This place is awesome

### 5/5 — Genius!

*2025-07-03, version 2025.06.25*

All in one for health care options across the board. Makes sense! This is linked to everything in that sector! <3
