Every download gone. Home page gone. Doesn’t scale properly on my iPad. Woeful update to v 5.

Be honest. You sell information. That's fair. But tell people before they download the app that it only works if they already have a subscription. "Requires Subscription" or "Access to content only available to current subscribers" should be plainly stated.

We’ve all seen defense information publications stumble and implement the digital products clumsily or poorly. Not so of Janes products which were smoothly and professionally executing online long ago. No cobbled together hobbyist or enthusiast site remotely compares to Janes global intelligence and depth of knowledge, now more than ever only they bring it all together so competently.

The app is for those that have a subscription to IHS which remains one of the highest priced for any periodical.

In using the app on a free edition of Jane's Defense Weekly, there is smooth transitions from page to page (using an iPad Air 2).

I'd recommend the app to those with an IHS subscription.
