## What is Japa Counter?

You sit down to chant - the counting should take care of itself. MantraRepeat is a digital japa mala: choose a mantra, pick a 27, 54, or 108-bead round, and tap once per repetition. A soft haptic tick marks every bead, and a distinct pulse tells you the mala is complete, so you can keep your eyes closed and your attention on the mantra.

Unlike a generic tally counter, MantraRepeat knows the practice. Seven traditional mantras ship with their original Devanagari script, meaning, tradition, and scriptural source - Om Namah Shivaya, Om Mani Padme Hum, the Gayatri Mantra, So Hum, and more.
