## What is Japality Primer?

Japality Primer helps you design PCR primer pairs directly on iPhone and iPad.

Paste a DNA sequence or FASTA input, review core sequence metrics, and generate ranked primer candidates with adjustable design constraints. The app is built for fast iteration in molecular biology and bioinformatics workflows.

Features:
• Paste raw DNA or FASTA sequence input
• Automatic sequence cleanup and validation
• View sequence length, GC content, approximate melting temperature, and reverse complement
• Design local PCR primer pairs on device
• Adjust target Tm, product size range, primer length range, and number of returned pairs
