桃太郎電鉄JAPAN+は、全国各地をまわって物件を購入しながら、日本一の大社長を目指すゲームです。
まず、1億円を持ってスタートし、サイコロを振って目的地を目指します。目的地に一番乗りすると、援助金がもらえます。そして誰かが目的地に着いたとき、一番遠くにいた人に貧乏神がつきます。
都市には様々な物件が販売されていて、物件を所有すると毎年決算で収益金が手に入ります。

決められた年数が終わるとゲームが終了します。その時点で所有物件の総額と所持金、収益金を合わせた総資産の一番多い人が勝ちとなります。貧乏神から逃げながら、うまく資産を増やしていきましょう。

ケータイ版「桃太郎電鉄JAPAN豪華版」をベースにグラフィックを大幅に変更して、iPhone/iPod touch用に操作性を改善、物件やカードも変更されて、より楽しみやすく拡張されています。

iPhone/iPod touch用にパワーアップして使いやすくなった「いけますよ!」を搭載。
COMは赤鬼初段、餓鬼三段、風神七段、さくま鉄人の4人から選択可能です。人間の選択も可能なので最大3名での人間同士のプレイも可能です。
