## What is Japan Trip?

Ryokô Planner is the free app to plan your Japan trip from start to finish: build a custom Japan itinerary, check whether the JR Pass is worth it for your route, get ready with a complete travel guide and checklist, and travel with peace of mind.

Unlike generic trip planners, Ryokô is 100% dedicated to Japan: local knowledge is built into every step of your planning.

BUILD YOUR CUSTOM JAPAN ITINERARY
• Structure your trip into steps (cities), like a real Japanese journey
• Add activities and adjust durations at any time
• Reorder or add steps without breaking anything

DISCOVER JAPAN BY YOUR INTERESTS
• Explore destinations by interest: nature, food, culture, pop culture, ...
• Find regions that match your travel style, beyond the usual routes

START FROM A COMMUNITY ITINERARY
• Get inspired by trips shared by other travelers
• Duplicate an itinerary and adapt it to your pace in minutes

IS THE JR PASS WORTH IT?
• The built-in calculator compares the JR Pass, regional passes, and single tickets
• The math is based on your actual itinerary, not an average theoretical trip
• Avoid the classic mistake: a $300 pass that never pays off

PREPARE FOR DEPARTURE WITH CONFIDENCE
• A guide and a checklist designed for Japan: visa, transport passes, eSIM, plug adapter, cash, ...
• All the needed informations and tools in one place

RYOKÔ GUIDE (PREMIUM)
• A complete Japan travel guide built into the app
• Visa, transport, culture, etiquette: the essentials in your pocket, even on the go

FREE, NO COMPROMISE
The trip planning features are totally free. You can plan your trip from A to Z using the free version.
The Ryokô Guide, checklist, and the JR Pass calculator (and more to come) are part of the premium offering, one time payment, no subscription.

WHO IS IT FOR?
• First time in Japan: follow the Golden Route Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka
• Travelers who want to go off the beaten path: Kyushu, the Japan Alps, the countryside
• 7 days, 2 weeks or more: the app adapts to your dates

Getting off the beaten path has never been easier!
