### 2/5 — Issue with sound

*2025-06-04, version 2.5*

So far seems like the number 18 on this app doesn’t upload anything sounds wise.

### 3/5 — Very good, but not perfect

*2020-06-04, version 2.0*

It is a very nice and easy way to learn words, however there are some errors. For example, snow man is yuki daruma, then when you get to snow slide, it says again yuki daruma. It should have say yuki only. I also have noticed that some of the symbols do not match the name of the word you are learning.

### 1/5 — Never would launch

*2019-12-01, version 2.0*

The animated "e flash app" just keeps repeating over and over and over again. I gave up when my phone went to sleep.

### 3/5 — good app,but some mistakes

*2014-01-08, version 1.0*

It is good app,but has some mistakes.
I dl for my 3years doughter.
So please correct misstakes.

5 is not 万. 万 is 10000.
五 is 5. Also 15 is十五, 25 is 二十五.

Rake it is not mizu-umi湖, it is kumade 熊手.
Lake is mizu-umi 湖 in Japanese.

whale is 鯨 .It is ok,but, using picture is シャチ Killer Whale. So it is a wrong picture for japanese.

Bubbles is not shabondama シャボン玉, it is awa 泡.

Shabondama is a soap bubble.

fun is not 換気扇 kankisen, Ventilating fans.
A photo is a ceiling fan シーリングファン or 扇風機.

A photograph is not a flute but a vertical flute 縦笛 tatebue.

Violet is not バイオレット
, It is a little bit strange sound .
So Violet maybe 紫 murasaki.

A picture is a pierced earring,ピアス piasu, and pronunciation and translation means
an earring ,イヤリング iyaringu.

A fountain differs from a spring. A picture is a 噴水 funsui ,not 泉izumi.

A photograph is not ガラス galasu.
Glass is galasu ガラス，tha photograph is a glass, グラスgulasu.

A bookcase calls 本棚 hondana, not 本カバー.

Anyhow, I pointed out some words.

Thank you for reading my poor English.

from a Japanese.

### 1/5 — This is a let down

*2013-07-16, version 1.0*

The voice in English is simply not there. We have tested our phones, and it's is really a let down that the main component for enhancing the pronunciation is just bugged out on this version.

:/

### 4/5 — Great but...

*2013-03-13, version 1.0*

Better recording of the voices in Japanese. The English version sounds great but the Japanese version sounds like a home recording. Please fix.

### 3/5 — Please fix

*2013-02-24, version 1.0*

The character for 5 is 五, not 万. Please correct this mistake. My son loves this app and I don't want him to learn the wrong characters. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2013-02-17, version 1.0*

This is an amazing app! It makes learning fun and has some important words. Thank you!!!

### 5/5 — Intuitive, basic, makes learning fun!

*2013-01-26, version 1.0*

Simple to use and a little addictive. Wish there were more categories for time, weather, buildings, etc. A winning format.

### 4/5 — (^◇^;)

*2013-01-03, version 1.0*

It is great for my son. Too bad that some words are not translated correctly.
