会員登録してコイン購入させるとこまでは淀みなくスムーズに動いていたのに、コイン購入したら途端にアプリが強制終了して、以降何度アプリを開き直しても3〜5秒で落ちることを繰り返してる。
これなんですか？何か原因があるなら対処法教えて下さい。無理なら払い戻しして下さい。こんな訳のわからない状況初めてでどうしたらいいのかさっぱりわかりません。そういう詐欺手口なんでしょうか？購入前に口コミやレビュー見とけば良かったです。1か5しかない評価ってあまりに不自然だから知ってたら買わなかったのに。。

突然「会員認証ができません」と出て、見れなくなった。
問い合わせも認証できないと送信できないらしく、英語で“Authentication failed”とでて進まない。
お金返して欲しい

I watched the Yakuza mini movie. Amazing story, acting, effects, production values. Really well done. Paid for the 7 episodes out of ten that were not free. Still have credits left. Now the app doesn’t work. Tried reinstalling. Doesn’t work. Message:  “authentication failed”. Tried using contact page- no response. Tried again, no response. Don’t know what to do. Respect to the content makers: 5 stars. Ten stars. To the app itself:  1 star for working one whole week. Zero stars for addressing the issue.

Wanted to watch drama, but unable to purchase coins to watch paid episodes. App just froze and left nowhere to go for assistance.

Surprised if they make any money since it's impossible to buy anything in app.
