The new update to app has a show stopper. It doesn’t load, closes by itself or gets crashed. 
App is not usable at this moment.

FB signup also not works.
Next/Previous button on signup fields also not working properly. i.e. If you press next on password it will focus on mobile number instead of username.
Other several crashes on different screens.

It takes more than 2-3 months just to resolve a single a service ticket every time and on every time just gets the same response when we receive a new part from company to repair will get back to you.

I am very disappointed in the service, even post downloading the app on my iPhone, all the contacts, toll free, customer service, sales, etc are unreachable or wrong. Even tried to register to the app, got OTP, but app is not validating. 

App is super slow. 

Not sure if they are not in good service, why to be more vulnerable by having an app, of no use

I have had and having my worst nightmares after having bought four numbers of sensor faucets which seldom works, due to the bad quality of these faucets we have to spend a big money on replacing those damn expensive batteries, the batteries does not get properly installed by their inexperienced technicians ending up wasting money on batteries, the customer care service is rotten, after numerous complaints they never turn up and put the blame on users, even after 30 days of complaining,  the matter never gets resolved and we have get tired of mailing repeatedly, jaquar team is disgusting as so is their products
