بحكم أني عايش في اوربا التطبيق فادني كثير في اقتناء وقراءة الكتب العربية , أتمنى بس لو تضيفو خاصية القراءة الليلية

التطبيق سيء جداً ولا يرتقي لسمعة مكتبة جرير ! الكتب حذفت من عندي ولا أدري أين ذهبت ! واشتريت كتاب جديد الصباح ولي 12 ساعة لم يظهر في القارئ ولم يصلني على الإيميل ! والتواصل معهم سيء ولا أحد يرد عليك ولا أحد يفيدك ! ما هذا السوء !!!

هذه الفوقية التي يمارسها مطوري هذا التطبيق لا تفيدهم ولا تفيد تطبيقهم فمع انهم يوفرون حقل لسماع صوت العميل بداخل تطبيقهم الا انهم يهملون كل اقتراحات الرواد ولا يطلعون عليها والدليل ان ما نمرره لهم من اقتراحات فعالة لا نرى لها اي وجود في تحديثات تطبيقهم المتتالية.
جرير همهم فقط التكسب من وراء نشر المعرفة والثقافة اما مساهمة الرواد في تطوير تطبيق قارئ جرير فهذا آخر اهتماماتهم ، تطبيق له سنين طويلة يحصل على تقييم 3 فقط من 5 نجوم بسبب تعنت وفوقية المطورين.
