I started saving money as per i can do. It's a good way to save money as per your pocket. But After that i started referring people to download and start saving. After inviting 3 people and collecting the rewards suddenly im not able to collet the reward i received and one of the person i referred after completing the signing up i didn't received any reward and also the person didn't shown in my referral list. I tried to contact to customer support but no any resolution given even they just messaged for only one time. The i raised a ticket of issue and now i haven't received any reward of other referrals of about 3 more people. I raised a ticket again but still no any response from the customer support team. What is the point to buy the gold at high price when it is not physical I would rather go to a near by authorised gold seller and settle for a gold scheme with them, here I am paying for digital gold at high price and there I would rather pay the making charge but not be scammed all the gold saving app are the same. Nothing as promised in the ads and promo by the anchor is available on the app . You buy gold at higher rate and when it comes to selling it’s a different rate . You end up losing money even if the gold rate is high you will always end up selling it at a lower price . Product manger who designed this ponzi deserves an award . 2. Lack of transparency I invested 10 K first to check how the scheme works it is an absolute shame and blatant ignorance of what customer needs . Ex . They claim in the ads that you can withdraw the funds whenever you want but the truth is once you withdraw the funds the withdrawal option is blocked for the next 49 hours . On 17th July 2024, I ordered a 1-gram 24c gold coin for a whopping Rs 8699 (including an outrageous Rs 999 in making charges), while the market rate was just Rs 7328 per gram. To make matters worse, the gold I ordered on 17th July didn’t even arrive until 28th July 2024—a ridiculous delay that shows how little they value their customers. This experience forced me to dig deeper, and what I found was even more alarming. Throughout my daily SIPs, I was consistently overcharged by around 6% above the market price. And when I tried to sell my gold savings through the app, they slashed another 5% off the market price, robbing me further. It’s crystal clear that this investment scheme is designed to drain your money while the company pockets the profits. Let me be blunt: this is a terrible investment strategy that only benefits the company while you, the consumer, lose out. Instead of falling into this trap, I strongly recommend setting up Recurring Deposits and buying physical gold from local shops. You’ll avoid the outrageous charges and get a fair deal—local shops typically take only a 3% cut and offer the market price when buying. The GST rate is at 3% which is bearable, but when I invested ₹12,300, and when I tried to withdraw my money next day, just to have a check the amount I would withdraw was 11,200 paying a GST of 3% on ₹12,300, which is approximately ₹339, but I can only withdraw ₹11,200. It’s next to impossible at gold price has dropped by 10% in one day, which is ₹800, so I don’t know where my money is, and when I withdraw my money, the payment was failed and my gold investments from 12,300 became 8300 because I tried to withdraw ₹3500. I’m not getting any answer for my query. This is one of the worst app. If you want to burn your money and go broke invest in Jar. It is been more than 15 days they are saying the same thing and I haven’t got my money back in my account. So please avoid using this app otherwise your money will stuck there. On multiple times when I have purchased gold on Jar I have almost immediately got a fraudulent alert call from my bank. One few occasions the amount purchased didn’t reflect on my dashboard even after 24 hours. Recently I tried to withdraw some gold, the amount is not reflecting on the bank account but the transaction on jar is shown as successful. Worse is their pathetic support on WhatsApp through some bgrade chat bot which is not intuitive and never provides the right support and there is no way to reach out to a person for support For an app that handles money the transaction reliability and support is non trustworthy ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disgusting app *2026-08-25* Absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating experience. I genuinely regret using this app. I had already paused the AutoPay because I DID NOT want money to be deducted automatically, yet ₹20 was still deducted. Then I had to go to PhonePe and manually cancel the AutoPay mandate because apparently just pausing it in the app was not enough. And the worst part? ₹20 was deducted, but only around ₹17 was showing as the value. This happened multiple times. In total, ₹60 was deducted, while only ₹51 was reflected. And on top of that, the app was showing ₹0 savings. Seriously, where is the rest of the money going? How is this supposed to be “saving”? Users should not have to keep checking their bank account to make sure their money isn’t being deducted unexpectedly. If AutoPay is paused, it should STOP. Simple. The entire experience is confusing, frustrating and feels completely misleading. The app needs to clearly explain every deduction, every charge, and exactly where the user’s money is going instead of making people figure it out themselves. But when it comes to withdrawal there is at least dispensary of few thousands for larger amounts. I mean I get it people do need to make money but not like this ripping others of their hard earned money. And nowhere have they mentioned about the dispensary and that costumer care is another scam they think people don’t understand technical and financial terms and they try to be all smug about it. It has been almost 20 days now, and there has been absolutely no response from their team not on emails, chats, or even calls. This level of customer support is unacceptable. After submitting my KYC details, they updated my information incorrectly, and there has been no way to get it fixed due to their complete lack of response. On top of that, when trying to update my UPI ID, it constantly shows “unable to add.” Ironically, they are still able to accept money from other UPI IDs into my account, but I am unable to add or manage the same UPI myself. This raises serious concerns about their system and transparency.
