All the problems people found HAVE BEEN FIXED! It is a little slow but never takes more than a literal half-second to load. (Maybe just be patient) ### 1/5 — App constantly glitches *2025-09-12, version 1.2.24* Slow, takes forever to load, don’t understand why big corporations us it lol ### 1/5 — Worst *2024-12-01, version 1.2.24* I’ve used many scheduling systems and such and this one is by far the worst I’ve seen. It only works about 30% of the time. This last outage has been the longest so far. Employer has to manually track hours for each team as the punch clock is also down due to outage. There’s also no setting for notifications so if you don’t open the app you don’t know you have messages from your team/employer. ### 1/5 — Never works *2024-11-23, version 1.2.24* Always takes 10min to load my schedule, it’s always down for some reason and actually was the reason i missed a shift. Hands down the worst scheduling app on here. Do you enjoy having to reset and then remember your password every time you open this app? Are you someone who gets excited by the prospect of unreliability when you’re at work and unable to have access to the basic functions of this app? Then Jarvis is the app for you! Never in the history of apps has there been a more unreliable and garbage scheduling app for a restaurant. ### 4/5 — It’s pretty good *2023-11-07, version 1.2.12* I think the in-app messaging is cool. Sometimes it just won’t send you notifications though (hit or miss). The addition of seeing everyone else’s schedule is pretty handy and works well.
