The fact that you can’t:
-see who you’re working with
-see the hours you’ve worked, both punch in and punch out.
-can’t submit time off more than 4 months in advance.

poor design, poor functionality, just an embarrassment.

You can’t see the track of your hours worked. 
You can’t release shifts and see if someone wants to pick it up. Just swapping is allowed 
Or you can’t see if someone releases shift so you can pick it up. 
You can’t see the whole schedule 
You can’t see who is the manager on duty working in certain days 
You can’t write announcements to all locations to see 
You can’t see who is working with you 
It makes everything way more difficult and frustrating. But I guess they don’t care 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why does this app not benefit the employee? No hours worked tracker. You can’t see who you work with. 7 shifts is way better.

This app if awful. The loading times just to see my schedule are way too long. It does not notify you when a new schedule is out, so I often have to cancel plans when I finally go and check my schedule. The app glitched and showed I worked from 12-4 on sunday. This was incorrect and I actually was supposed to work on saturday. My manager was ANGRY and I was in a crazy amount of trouble. I am so mad. This app sucks. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy

no notifications when a schedule gets published, which has thrown absolute monkey wrenches into my other planning because i dont find out about when i work until like the day before

also i cant see who else im working with during shifts which is incredibly annoying

absolute garbage app. doesn’t track hours, doesn’t even show any of the previous shifts worked. doesn’t actually send notifications when schedule is posted.  
it does show coworkers schedules but only when you want to switch shifts, and even then it’s very glitchy. takes forever to load up, and glitches out everytime you click on something 
time off request no longer works, whenever i try it gives an error message that i’ve already requested that day, even though when i check it says i didn’t, and so did my boss. 
only lets you put in hours am-pm, can’t put anything before or after so if you’re also a graveyard shift worker, this screws you up a lot. 
if you accidentally cancel something, there’s no way to undo it. 
the list just keeps going on and on. 

developers, if you actually want to have people using your app, please atleast make it useable.

i’ve made three different email addresses and yet when i go to register in the app, i don’t get a email sent to my email address telling me the code. this is ridiculous.

Nothing on this app works for me. I’ve deleted and redownloaded like 10 times.  Even tried signing in on a computer but it tell me to use the app

I’ve used many scheduling systems and such and this one is by far the worst I’ve seen. It only works about 30% of the time. This last outage has been the longest so far. Employer has to manually track hours for each team as the punch clock is also down due to outage. There’s also no setting for notifications so if you don’t open the app you don’t know you have messages from your team/employer.

Always takes 10min to load my schedule, it’s always down for some reason and actually was the reason i missed a shift. Hands down the worst scheduling app on here. Don’t know why my work place still uses it.

Do you love being locked out of your work schedule in perpetuity? Do you enjoy having to reset and then remember your password every time you open this app? Are you someone who gets excited by the prospect of unreliability when you’re at work and unable to have access to the basic functions of this app? Then Jarvis is the app for you! 

Never in the history of apps has there been a more unreliable and garbage scheduling app for a restaurant.

All the other reviews are from years ago, it does track hours as I’ve been tracking mine, I’m able to see the time off approved and the time off I’ve requested, it allows me to see my schedule for the future. All the problems people found HAVE BEEN FIXED! It is a little slow but never takes more than a literal half-second to load. (Maybe just be patient)

I think the in-app messaging is cool. Sometimes it just won’t send you notifications though (hit or miss). The addition of seeing everyone else’s schedule is pretty handy and works well.

It would be better if they notified you when a new schedule come out though

Since the update 2 weeks ago Jarvis crashes and won’t let me send chat messages very frustrating won’t even let me to on the chat boxes 😡

Takes forever to open and load pages if it decides to bother at all. When it’s open and running it’s ok but a bit limited functionality. No ability to see shift history of what was scheduled. 

Regular loading problems due to server network issues.
