## What is Jaser?

Jaser is a Saudi app for booking vehicles with their drivers from transport companies licensed by the Transport General Authority: luxury VIP cars, buses, vans and SUVs for families and groups, and multi-vehicle convoys for occasions.

VIP class — a finer experience
• Luxury sedans, luxury SUVs and luxury vans, with professional captains.
• For airport pickups, business meetings, guests, and occasions that deserve to look the part.
• Choose from the offers available in the app, with your price clear before you confirm.

Buses, vans and SUVs — for families and groups
• Buses for trips and large groups, vans for small groups, and SUVs for families.
• Instant ride: request the nearest available vehicle with its driver and follow its approach on the map.
• Advance booking: set the time and destination, and the vehicle is waiting for you on time.
• Recurring contracts: arrange school or work trips once instead of booking every day.

Price and payment
• The price shows before you book, calculated from distance, duration and class, with VAT shown separately.
• Pay the way that suits you: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or in instalments with Tabby and Tamara.
• An invoice for every ride.

During and after the ride
• Live tracking until arrival, and contact your captain in the app.
• Rate your ride, and save your frequent addresses to book faster next time.

Jaser VVIP convoy — for your special occasions
• Several luxury vehicles, coordinated as one: set the date, the route and the number of vehicles, and we arrange the rest.

Safety first
• Every vehicle and captain on Jaser is licensed by the Transport General Authority, and documents are reviewed before activation.

The app is in Arabic and English.
For every destination a road… and Jaser is your help on every road.
