"Family-owned and community focused, Jason's Deli serves guests at 275+ delis in 27 states and growing. Around here, a lot of thought goes into what we put in our food, and what we take out of it. Now, that same great food is available on the go. Skip the line and order on the Jason's Deli App for delivery and take-out! 

We've recently updated our app to be compatible with our new online ordering site. You’ll need to reset your password upon opening after the update. Click on “Forgot Password” to generate a new password.

You'll continue to earn new Deli Dollars while we keep your existing Deli Dollars safe in our Deli Dollar vault. Your existing Deli Dollars will be carried over during our upcoming releases."

App is good but when i try to order why is the only thing that pops up the salad bar for pickup it’s so annoying trying to figure out how to order a sandwich when it only gives me an option for the salad and soup 😒

The app is absolutely fine and does everything its supposed to without any issues, zero complaints there. The issue is that its updated every few weeks and it wont let you open the app without updating first. This is absurd for a food app, to make matters worse the Jason’s Deli location I typically eat at is in a Verizon dead zone so it struggles to update. With the exception of banking or critical security updates an app should not force you to update before opening.

First of all me and my family love Jason’s Deli. There is such a variety of menu items. The bake potatoes are good, the Amy sandwich is delicious and I like the gumbo. I recently visited with my family and I like the Deli Dollars rewards. I purchased several meals and my points for the reward program did not register. I called Corporate office and the lady that answered was very pleasant. She asked for my receipt information and within minutes my points showed on my account. I want to thank her for excellent customer service and taking are of my situation in a timely instant manner.

The app is the most worthless irritated app ever! I order salad bar everyday but it makes me updates the app everyday? I  can’t even order salad bar on the app? Won’t upload points or rewards! Useless!

I have been a lifelong customer. Love the salad Bars at Both Beaumont Locations aswell as all the sandwiches Muffalatta especially and The Deli Cowboy!!!
And I’ve often had Jason’s Handle my catering needs.  
A great Local Business that supports our Community with fabulous Employees. Always neat and clean. 
Excellent service.
