I’m also not getting credit for the order I am placing over the phone even though they said I would. The issue is that its updated every few weeks and it wont let you open the app without updating first. This is absurd for a food app, to make matters worse the Jason’s Deli location I typically eat at is in a Verizon dead zone so it struggles to update. The sandwiches are really good and made with quality ingredients, but the salad bar is the standout—tons of fresh options and super customizable. I also love pairing it with their fresh-brewed tea. It’s a nice, lighter alternative to typical fast food. Definitely a go-to for a quick, healthy meal! I order salad bar everyday but it makes me updates the app everyday? I can’t even order salad bar on the app? Won’t upload points or rewards! (_7_99) Then, when I try to create another account with a new email address, it won’t let me because it says my phone number is in use on another account. Who cares?! And if I want to leave off my phone number??? NOPE it won’t let you. Then, when I tried to order WITHOUT creating an account? Can’t do that either!!! It says “can’t change cart owner” when I put in my card information. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had. And by the way it’s been like this for the past couple of years. There is such a variety of menu items. The bake potatoes are good, the Amy sandwich is delicious and I like the gumbo. I recently visited with my family and I like the Deli Dollars rewards. I purchased several meals and my points for the reward program did not register. I called Corporate office and the lady that answered was very pleasant. She asked for my receipt information and within minutes my points showed on my account.
