I have tried adding a family member six times. Now it’s saying the email is already in use for his card. But it didn’t add him as a family member. Also, I can’t find the code for my banking to recognize the account. After getting through the secure registration process it’s easy to load money and send to kids. Using ApplePay they can spend anywhere. When it is working, I love it. But it seems like every other day or so we have to email bc our account is disabled (we can’t just fix it ourselves), or it won’t log in for one reason or another, or it we can get in “an error occurred”. If these bugs or whatever is wrong is fixed I’ll update my review. Our transactions are always declined. ### 1/5 — Poor Service *2024-04-18, version 6.8.0* Shortly after I loaded the account I was told my account was suspended and was asked to provide some documents to verify my identity. No big deal, this happens with other banking apps I’ve heard. I submitted the documents and was told my identity was successfully verified, but my debit cards still didn’t work anywhere and I couldn’t add to Apple Pay. Asked for help adding it and provided screenshots, they responded by shutting the account down. Makes it easy in determining if this is a good app to use for my family or not (spoiler alert: it’s not). ### 1/5 — Do not purchase *2023-07-22* The customer service is terrible. You have to go through so many hoops to take care of business and the fees are worse. Plus they are hidden. It’s so not worth it. I don’t need a card for myself and so I don’t want to spend $10 through trial and error. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-11-09, version 5.9.0* For something that was solicited as free service during a test with World Strides to make things easier for our child’s travel, has been nothing but difficult. They don’t answer emails, there’s no phone number to contact and so far I’ve been charged service fees for something that I can’t even get to work. Not a fan of companies that have electronic only communication, this is terrible customer service at best and we will not be continuing this said “free” but hasn’t been “free” service as soon as she gets back. If her card ever starts working and she gets to use any of my money we’ve put on it at all.
