Very disappointing experience. The app and rental service caused more trouble than convenience. Poor customer service and a frustrating overall experience. I definitely would not recommend it. 
I booked a car 3 days before the trip start date but they cancelled the ride just before the trip starts. 
Trip time was 12:05 AM they inform me at 9:30PM trip is not possible. 
What should I do in this situation? The next morning was program at Patuakhali i was book a round trip. 
Do not book any service from the scammers.

This is the worst rental service provider I have ever encountered. I booked a round trip for a sedan. After bidding, I selected a driver. My trip was supposed to start at 9am and return trip on 11 am next day. I informed driver that there might be delay to start as I have kids. The driver arrived in time. We were a bit late as kids were not ready. The driver started shouting. He said that he has another trip at 11am fron my destination. Is it so? Did not we booked him whole day? He behaved as if we did a great sin hiring him. However, he droped us and immediately left the spot. We hired local vehicles to travel nearby spots. The next day at morning he called us and denied to pick us for return trip. We were totally shocked. It was very difficult to manage transport from that place. We called Jatri helpline, they asked to book another trip or another rental service. They repeatedly took the driver's side rather taking action. In short, it was horrific experience.  I will never ever take their service.

I was so tired of using multiple apps just to figure out the best way to travel. The multimodal feature on Jatri is what makes it a must-have. You enter your trip details and instantly see bus options, pricing, and different rental cars all on one screen—no more guessing or jumping around! Booking tickets is smooth, and the car rental bidding means I always get the best vehicle for my family trips. Highly recommended for any trip across the country.
